It was impressive, in that it was very complete and consise. Our insurance company accepted it, and we booked the job with Jeff and Steve. They took care of everything. Arranged a rental car for me. The job was done much sooner than we expected, and it is PERFECT. These men KNOW what they are doing! They are perfectionists. When I picked my car up, I think they detailed it! They did the fix well, worked with my insurance, finished when they said they would, and were able to figure out my car rental situation for me (despite my insurance being a pain). “My family has relied on Finn Auto Body for generations.Recently, I went to Finn Auto Body to get a quote for repairing and repainting my two rear fenders and my front bumper. I met with Fred; he was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Fred assured me that I would be more than satisfied with the results.As I typically do, I checked with the competition. Finn Auto Body consistently beat their competitor's prices, but not to the point that they would need to compromise quality. One body shop quoted $1,500 more and that didn't include the front bumper. To my surprise, Finn Auto Body did more work than quoted, without increasing the agreed price. More to the point, Fred was right, I am more than satisfied with the results.”

“We had gone to 4 other places looking for what we needed but felt like the salesmen were not interested in our best interests...until we went to barrets. We bought a lawn tractor, snow blower, weed wacker, and chain saw from them. George and Johanna are really friendly and listened to what we needed for our yard based on size and what we wanted to do and helped us pick out what we needed. They didn't try to sell us on a more expensive machine that we didn't need. They are very knowledgeable and we learned alot from them. When we got the lawn tractor we heard a rattling and they came to our house the next day to look at it. George thoroughly checked it out. We are very happy with our purchases and are so happy we bought from them.”

“I am super satisfied . I had to have two tires mounted and balanced and could schedule an appointment due to my schedule being full . I managed to squeeze in between 5:45 and 6:00. They can only accept walk ins after 6pm . The “Twins “ were able to get my tires in before 6pm, and then finished them a little after . I did not have to wait long . No confusion . Everything went as smoothly as I had expected . The courtesy and professionalism was more than helpful. It was welcoming . I felt confident that my tires were in good hands . I will definitely be returning to this center again thanks guys”
