It's a sad fact that most founders have a 3PL horror story (or multiple) to share. Thanks to our partnership with Coast to Coast Fulfillment, I have none. We've been partnering with CTCF since 2020, and we couldn't have chosen a better logistics partner. Their expertise in shipping is truly impressive - and their decades of experience are apparent in every way they do business, making them a thoughtful and thorough partner. They saved us from all kinds of rookie mistakes, even helping us develop a SKU system designed to minimize errors.
Our relationship with CTCF has only grown over time. In addition to handling our logistics, they now manage our returns processing and twice-yearly sample sales (where shipping volumes spike). We are incredibly grateful for their partnership - it's tough to find a smart, thoughtful partner who cares about quality as much as we do!

I received a partial order. Two remaining items were charged to me, but never sent. I e-mailed customer service over a week ago and have yet to hear back. It's a shame that something like an online store can besmirch the reputation of a president we WERE so excited to see win. ***** ** THESE SHOP OPERATORS! I ordered $75 worth of products from the **** *** Store on October 1st, 2020. The items that I purchased had two shipping labels created, but never shipped. It's November 12th at the time of this review and I have tried nearly every day for the last 2.5 weeks to contact someone to get an update on my order. Not a single response via email or call. Even if I wanted a refund I couldn't get ahold of anyone to take care of that for me. ******** customer service. You can't even call the company that's handling all the orders for the **** *** ***** Store. Feels like a scam in a way."

The absolute worst. Delays in shipping, no response from their customer service. There are so many stores out there selling merchandise. Do not bother with this store.

Signs ordered on Sept 27 and paid for expedited shipping (3-7 days) and signs have still not arrived. It has been 15 days. I do NOT recommend them.

Terrible customer service. I think it is a scam by ***** for President in *****. I ordered a ***** yard sign and didn't get an order receipt for ten days, when I contacted them they said my package had shipped and it would take 25 days because it was international. But when I checked the tracking number it had *** yet been presented for shipping. I asked several times for a refund and they refused."

This looks like a scam. I ordered a sign nearly three weeks ago and they did not even ship it yet. No one is answering emails and the phone is for a generic hosting company. Stay away!

I placed an order 08/18/2020 for t-shirts and yard signs. **** immediately charged and order stayed "awaiting fulfillment for weeks. Attempted to reach them by email multiple times, no response. Called and left voicemails at phone number, no response. Finally reached out to my credit card company 09/08/2020 and started dispute. ****** card company never reversed charge so I assumed they had been in contact with the merchant and product was on the way. On 09/16/2020, got the email about thanking me for the purchase, high demand, product delay, etc. The email said they were only responding to calls and emails about cancellations and refunds at this time. I responded to this email requesting a refund. Received an email from ************ on 09/18/2020 stating that she processed a refund and would show up back in my back in a couple days. NOTHING! On 09/28/2020, I received an email stating that my order has been shipped. It has a tracking number but the tracking number just shows that a label was created. ******* shipped, no money in my bank. I called credit card again today and they are elevating the dispute and reversing the charge. This is subversive behavior by a vendor toward a national campaign and rather disappointing.
