These guys always amaze me with their consistency in providing great service. I have been coming here with now 6 vehicles since they originally opened. Tires, inspections, brakes . They actually do get you in close to your appointment, (very hard to do in a business that prays for no broken bolts or wrong parts on the car(s) before you.) Always honest about what your vehicle is experiencing and fair on pricing. I am retired and used to run auto repair shops. I know how hard this is to do consistently. But they have with me. I was just in this Sunday with a tire that I plugged. It had a nail in the center of the tread and an easy hole to plug. But it had an ever so slight remaining bubble of air escaping afterwards. I added the dreaded “flat fix” and drove it around to seal the deal.(Which it did). But still, that puddled and caused a vibration. Took it to these guys and they cleaned it out, balanced it and it is as smooth as glass. Thanks guys for your consistent efforts and thanks Firestone for training and instilling the right qualities in your teams.

I just love walking in to get a warm welcoming from Bruce! He’s not only friendly and funny, but straight to the point. Doesn’t walk around everything like most mechanic shops! With his many years experience in the automotive field I highly recommend you go see him!

My experience at this shop was excellent. Bruce provides top tier service and he’s very resourceful. I was on this store because my regular store was out of stock for the tire I needed. Safe to say I’m making this one my store now.

My oil light came on during my trip up from NYC. Mike at Firestone checked it, topped up my oil, listened to my engine and told me what to get checked when I get home. He was so nice and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. Highly recommend ?

This is my new favorite tire store. I had an appointment for 3pm today just to get the tires on a used car I bought balanced. They took it right in got it done and the bad vibration on the highway was gone. The facility was clean and tidy. The staff are awesome so nice and accommodating I own a customer service business so I pay attention to detail. My experiance was great.will be back for tires. Also the garage bays were very neat clean and tidy. Great job staff at firestone.. Paul Smallwood

The employees at this store were top notch, efficient, informative, professional and kind. Service was completed relatively quickly and I am happy with the results. This great experience was exactly opposite of my experience last October at the Warwick Mall Firestone.
