Paid for 2 parking spots because I was oversize someone squeezed in beside me late that night so i called the front desk they wouldn't even tell him to move i ended up doing it myself but my point is why did I even have to pay

First time visit to this location, I found all the people here a step above everybody else that I’ve visited across the country. The service shop took care of all my needs and did a great job. The technician Owen did exceptional work for us and the service writer.Devon handled my repairs with request with professionalism and honesty and I know that anybody reading this is saying that I may be laying it on thick but let me tell you what I normally run into out there on the road is a lot of negativity out there right now, but I definitely will come back to this place if I’m in the area

It has many spaces for large trucks, it has all the services for the comfort of truckers!!! Have a good trip, fellow travelers on the roads 🛣️, may you arrive safely at your destination.

I always seem to get a spot to park what ever the time off day it is. It’s a decent truck stop easy on and off 95. The staff always seems friendly. I have a tire or two changed at there shop never had an issue there. They offer Popeyes restaurant. The showers are always clean from my experience. They also have a lounge to watch satellite tv.

Went to fuel desk at on 10/4/2024 9pm asked for a shower was told no. porter is going home, mind you there was 3 employees behind the fuel desk sitting laughing and having a great time. drivers would like to take a hot shower and have some hygiene while out here on the road. would not recommend using this TA. very rude and not professional at all.

Stay away no laundry, no certified mechanic on weekends or nights. Since no laundry they clean showers with dirty rags!! One of the worst TA’S and they seem to not care at all!!

Shower was open and night staff I didn't ask for his name but he was really nice and friendly.
Shower water pressure was good and store is overall clean.
Truck stop was quite and not many truck traffic. Parking is big enough and even though come here at late night they have some parking available.
Popeyes staff were nice and friendly too. First time visit this TA overally good experience.

August 2024 Update: Showers are back up after fire, but laundry room is still down. Otherwise, it's an average TA... Lots of parking especially in the dirt lot in the back, but no Country Pride... just Popeyes.

:Even offers to clean my own shower it was rejected. “It’s against the policy “ so what is giving away dirty showers? Isn’t that against OSHA’s policy.

I'm giving one star because of the B's. My husband and I are wanting to get a shower and can't because they have one person who refuses to come in so their job and so they shut down the showers tonight 8/15/2024 because nobody else will be here to do the showers to clean them. I'm sorry but this is bad for business and this is gonna make drivers very angry if this keeps happening. I will never be coming back to this ta is this is how it's gonna go. So now my husband and I are supposed to wait til get another two more days to get a shower. It's bullshit to be honest either y'all need to hire more people or y'all need to be more strict on people taking off for crap they can take care of on their days off.

Two pumps were not working with no signage to tell you, other than driving up and finding out yourself. Just a piece of paper taped to the machine would suffice.

You guys should start charging drivers fuel cards Double for parking in fuel islands. Other pumps here are down a lot lately.
