I would like to thank the driver who towed me off of route 95 the other day. He got there faster than expected. He was kind and polite. I was happy with the entire process during a difficult situation.

Had to call AAA and ASTRO responded to the call we were told an hour and Tom the driver was at our location in less than 20 minutes. I have very serious anxiety and Tom was very friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. We didn't have cash and while my wife went to get it he just talked to me and reassured me everything would be fine. He brought my vehicle to the dealership which was closed as it was a Sunday and where I would normally stress out I felt confident that everything would be OK. Tom is a great asset to Astro and I would highly recommend anyone needing a tow to call them. Thank you so much for everything!

They were sent from AAA to open my girlfriend’s car after she lost her keys. The guy excessively yanked on the door handle several times while trying to open the door and ripped off the door handle. After filing a reimbursement claim for the damage, we were told it was because the “car is old” and it “could’ve happened to anyone who tried opening the door”….

My car had a tire blowout in West Warwick yesterday morning, Friday, June 30th . I called ASTRO Wrecker Service. The person arrived before stated time and was amazing! When you're in a jam, you need someone dependable and knowledgeable, someone who can be counted on. The gentleman who provided the service was excellent, I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend ASTRO Wrecker Service! 5 Stars

Worst service ever. Been a platinum AAA member for years. Never had such bad service. Driver was so lazy made every excuse he could to not tow my car a told me it didn’t matter if he towed my car he gets paid anyways.

I had a battery replaced. Starting from the employee(Bret) who came out to tow the car and figured out all i needed was a battery to the Manager when i got to Astro Wrecker were beyond helpful, polite and very reasonable. I highly recommend using them.

Second time AAA dispatched Astro when I needed roadside assistance. Both times they were awesome- first time was on 95S for a flat tire. Today Jeff helped me out with a dead battery. He was knowledgeable, efficient and a super nice guy.
