This place is full of dishonest people. Grandmother was taken advantage by these crooks. Double charged on labor to install the same part and was extremely rude to her. Read the other reviews it seems to be how they treat people. We have involved the better business bureau as well as channel 12 news about their shady deals

These guys are amazing! My son was over an hour away from home on his way back to college, driving on the highway when his car stopped accelerating, he pulled over and was stranded! Thankgod he was ok! We found he wasn’t far from this dealership as his car is a 2016 Honda. We got it towed there and I just can’t say enough positive things. The next day after being towed there Al let us know there could be extensive damage but they couldn’t tell exactly the issue.they would change the timing belt and a couple other things but things were not linning up and it most likely caused more damage. I of course said let’s do it and hope that fixes it. Saturday morning Al called and gave us the amazing news that was it! Luis the mechanic stayed passed hours just to get it together! And he got it running I am so grateful we went there. They were very honest and compassionate. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!

A scheduled free recall software update was estimated at a 1 hour wait. It took 4 hours. The dealership then slashed my tire and claimed it was there when I arrived.Update: your reply comment of playing innocent that you can't find me in your records supports your fraudulence. You attempted to call me today, you obviously know who I am and the situation described. Based on other service reviews, this is a dealership trend. You pretend you can't locate a customer in the database? Reported to the FTC and RI Attorney General.

I just leased my first brand new vehicle from Balise! 2024 Honda Civic, which i couldn’t love more. Beautiful inside and out. My first vehicle i’ve had for years was totaled after colliding with a deer and i had limited time to get a replacement, within a couple days I’d gone to multiple dealerships every day. Balise was 5th on my list of dealerships, and the car i scheduled for a test drive didn’t work out for me. Julia pulled around with a 2024 Honda Civic for me to test drive and at first i thought “No way. Theres no way i can afford that” I gave it a test drive just to say I did it and told her I’d possibly come back tomorrow. I was insistent i’d be buying a used vehicle at an appointment later that day at a different dealer. I ended up leaving that dealership in tears, it was a terrible experience and i decided to go back to Julia because that 30 minute interaction was the best, no pressure interaction i’ve had with any dealer. She was happy to see me come back and within minutes we decided leasing a new vehicle might work for me. I was still hesitant- I never thought it would be possible for me to get a car that wasn’t used. She worked with me, asked me my budget and told me she’d make it happen. And she did!!! The smile didn’t leave my face from the moment i walked in to the moment i drove my new car off the lot. Quickest, easiest car buying process i’ve ever had with the friendliest and most understanding saleswoman! Thank you Julia and Balise ❤️ I’m so relieved.

Balise Honda is the biggest scam ever. We recently took the car for an oil change on black Friday. After sitting in the lobby for 3 hrs, they charged us $ 144.40 and told us we were good to go. Less than an hour later, the wrench picture came on the dashboard along with the 15% of oil life remaining. Unbelievable, how the last time they did the oil change, they wanted us to change a couple of parts and the transmission oil, which we were hoping on doing this time--surprisingly, everything was fine, and the oil change they charged us for was never done.It's not the first time that happened to us,Balise Honda is very much aware of what's going on.I will never ever purchase or recommend anyone to them.

Brought car in just to have a key programmed and a key made. Was told I needed hours of diagnosis. This felt off so I called another dealership that is now doing it and they required no diagnosis to make a key and program it. A diagnosis doesn’t even make sense when I know the problem and brought it there to have it fixed. Just seems shady because at $160 an hour for that the techs make good money off of it especially. If commissioned. So just be aware of what the service department is doing and if you don’t know much about your car then I suggest using another dealership other than Balise so you don’t possibly get ripped off.

I really appreciate working with Julia S. at Balise. She did a great job listening to me, meeting me at my price point, and stayed in contact with me through the whole leasing process. She was great! This is my third vehicle with Balise, I always enjoy my experience!

I had a great experience when buying car for my son.Max Goldstein was amazing! He was expediant, explained everything.We were never sitting there wondering where he was.He really knows what he's doing.I really hope he is around for my next vehicle purchase in the future!! Kudos to Max!!!

We just purchased a pre-certified 2020 Honda CRV ELX at Balise Honda of West Warwick. It rides like a brand new car and was shining and spotless when we picked it up. The smoothest and most pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing a car !Thank you Julia Staffeld - we were warmly welcomed by Julia the moment we walked in the door !!! She put us at ease and encouraged us to test drive different models . Once we decided on the Honda CRV she worked with us and we were offered a very fair price for our 2014 Honda CRV and the whole process of the purchase was so pleasant and no pressure !! We are so impressed and both agreed that from walking in the door at Balise to working through the final paper work with Serena it was a pleasure doing business with Balise Honda of West Warwick !! Thank you Julia !!!

Unbelievably bad service. Incredibly long wait times and zero respect for customer inconvenience. When I booked my service appointment I was offered a service vehicle to use, then arrived to find out that they would not give me one and the person who checked me in was indignant at the idea! They changed a flat tire and put the donut in the trunk of my car covered in dirt, and refused to take care of it that day. the mechanic broke something on my car and they refused to fix it because I was barely out of warranty by the time I could get off work and come in… Which shouldn’t even matter considering that it was their mechanic who did the damage! If my experience with Balise Warwick was in a sitcom, no one would believe that it could happen in real life, so frustrating.

Let me tell you anybody that works at this Honda in West Warwick has a good attitude. Walk in thru the door not even a Hi how can I help you nothing. The service parts both guys look miserable and have a bad attitude. Third time here same thing. Unfortunately I keep coming back just because it is the nearest Honda . They probably don't get paid enough that's understandable. I have been thinking about getting a new car Now I know where not to go for sure.

The only reason this is a one star is because you can't check a half star. That one star is for Ken, the service dept manager. When my 72yr old aunt came in multiple times to service the same issue, spending thousands of dollars, Ken was at least courteous and knowledgeable. On her last visit she was told something different than the previous times to try to fix her vehicle, which was bought new and is only 5 yrs old. The bill was over $2000. having already spent a lot of $ trying to fix the issue and failing, Ken offered to split the cost with her. she had asked to speak to the General Manager. When the GM, David Cuesta came out he right off the bat told her "my service manager was being generous, which is more than you'd have gotten from me". From there he continued to be rude, aggressive and an absolute bully. He neither cared nor wanted to hear anything she had to say. Finally she told him she had a mind to ask for her money to be refunded to which he responded "I can do that for you. But I'll be having them take the parts back out of your vehicle and you can push the car out of my lot". I'm not sure if his attitude was because she was senior or just a woman, but this "man" has NO business being in management of ANY kind. Do yourself a favor and don't ever go here and and contribute to this man's paycheck. And there WILL be an email sent to the CEO James Balise.

I had my car towed to this dealership with possible transmission issues. Kelsey in service was amazing. She was very caring and helpful and tried to make everything as easy as possible for me and my daughter!! An absolutely wonderful person to deal with!!!!

Make shur you video your car before bringing it here for service. They damaged my car and since they have no cameras you can't prove it. Filed a police report ww pd and they said 2 days ago someone stole 4 tires from a customers car. Don't deal with Kelsey at service. She sucks, no idea about cars. No clue. Very bad.I will never deal with this dealership.Next time I will take it to my mechanic.
