The best liquor store in the area. Whether you shop in store or place an order via Uber Eats/Doordash, they take good care of you. Probably the friendliest staff around, we're never disappointed with our orders from Brookside! To some people it's just a liquor store, but for regulars like my mom and I it's so much more. They go above & beyond. Cheers to the weekend! Thank you Brookside!

This store ripped me off for almost $50. I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited and waited.
I eventually called the location because they use a third party driver (their own driver) to deliver (not an Uber driver).
Jeff, who answered, explained that the driver left for home two hours ago and I shouldn't have been able to place an order.
No sweat, just cancel the order. Nope - instead they marked it completed, and Uber won't refund because a third party delivered it.
Nice little scheme they have going on. I'm out the money, got no delivery and neither the store or Uber could care less.

Ordered three bottles of wine for a dinner through DoorDash, which outsources to Brookside. The order went through and then two hours later (an hour later than scheduled) I received a confirmation email from Brookside indicating that the order had been delivered. Well, nothing was delivered and nothing ever was. I called and no answer. $73.00 wasted. I recommend NOT using this source for wine delivery.

Somehow, they messed up my number and never called to inform me that they were at my location. After I called the store three times, they still couldn't call me back to let me know that my delivery had already been made. I won't be shopping here again; they made me late for something.
