The people that work here are very kind amazing and helpful. It feels like you're at a family bank. Have very easy parking.

I have been a Putnam Bank customer for quite a number of years. Unfortunately, once Centreville Bank took them over everything went downhill. Customer service, when calling, is very inconsistent. I'll get one answer from one representative and something completely different from another. I would not suggest using this bank.
