I work for a local business in Artic. I go to Citizens in Artic at least once a week. The people who work here are consistently friendly, polite, efficient, and professional. This area has a fairly large population of elderly and disabled, and the friendliness and patience shown by the people who work at this bank are truly meaningingful. Truly a community bank. Thank you !

I remember in 2008, like everybody else, I had so little money. I had made a few transactions worth a few dollars and then paid a groceries bill later. They changed the chronological order of the charges by paying the large grocery transaction first, which should have been declined for insufficient funds. That put me in the red and then they charged me an overdraft fee for every little charge claiming they are paid my large transaction first because they were "looking out for me". They later got a class action lawsuit against them for such practice. I still remember though and I'm still upset about it because I was so poor at the time.

Atm is messed up ,and no one picks up the phone .I have been calling since 9am -there opening hours .it's just rings and rings then hangs up .calling about a recent atm issue at this location .

I don't rate banks, because I never see a reason too but I will today. Every time I come to this location the people here are always so kind and helpful and they make sure If something goes wrong they will help you almost immediately to try to get the issue resolved. I had the atm machine eat up about 10 of my paychecks, so I freaked out, the manager I believe pulled me aside brought me to her office and she assured me she would get this fixed and everything would be okay. She did indeed make sure everything got fixed that same exact day. She also gave me phone numbers of others to get ahold of since she wouldn't be there the next day. The process was just so calming and I felt valued at this location. I swear everyone is so nice in here, and I really enjoy coming to this bank it's always quick in and out. They usually have enough people working that you are hardly ever in a line. Kudos to this location you are doing very well!
