One of the worst gas stations Ive ever been to in my life, card readers never work, when they do read your card they sit there and say “begin fueling” and then make you wait there for three minutes. Worst hardware software they’ve ever used clearly.
don’t even bother, pulling in here, forget about it. This place Lives off of Inskip next door and charges hard-working regular people the same price as it rapes the dealership next-door. There are Mom pop shops around the corner that charged $.20 less per gallon. Maybe Cumbys forgot that it’s a Rhode Island base company.

Dump. Air machine swallows your money, half the pumps don't work, the other half pump agonizingly slow. Not a maintained establishment.

Needed googlemaps to get home and my internet wasn't working for some reason. Tried to get help from a couple people and nobody would help me, saw Cumberland Farms and drove there. Shoutout to the staff that showed so much empathy and tried to explain it to me how to get back home, I realized I couldn't do it by myself then Julian routed his internet to me so I could set up my google maps (it works offline once set up)! Got home safe and sound! Thank you so much, and good job selecting your associates Cumberland Farms!

Cumberland Farms has a fairly good assortment of products but they’re also fairly high priced. But hey! They ok in a pinch, and they sell gas too.

Horrible customer service.....had to wait 10 minutes for a hot beverage. The clerk came over after asking again only to open beverage front and bang on machine. Ok all set. Any cumbies I've ever been in with an issue at the beverage station causing customer to wait has said all set beverage is free. Sorry for the waitOh no not here absolutely not. Very poor customer service on 2.15 at 4:15pm. A newbie only a week there and coworker was clueless.

Smart pay option didn’t work on half the pumps and the other half of the pumps were closed. I’m not waiting in lines of cars for gas when there is a cheaper gas station down the street with no lines. Get your equipment working or shut down.

Just left there. While I was there a customer was drunk yelling at the staff so much that I had to tell him to literally shut the f up. Complaining about prices and how terrible the workers are blah blah blah. They stood there while this guy was yelling creating a problem knowing there wasn’t much they could do these people did absolutely nothing wrong Aj and the manager on today were absolutely amazing and sweet definitely did not need that today ?

Very clean I've been in that store allot and everytime it's always been clean &the staff was amazing very prompt service excellent customer service skill shown by everyone they was so inspirational excellent 3rd shifter he is amazing very persistent with his work
