One of your employees trailed me around the store. I stopped in to buy an energy drink before work, I was in uniform. They probably thought i was a thief or something but she was incredibly rude.
In addition, Something is wrong with the stores Tap to pay, It kept declining my google wallet debit card

Service is going down hill, I miss the old crowd who said good morning in the Morning. Now I just get called a liar by staff when I’ve been going to that same cumbys. Everyday for 10 years. Management needs an upgrade.

Just went this store 3rd time refusing to make cheese pizza!!!! While most of the employees are Amazing!!!! Always smiling this young woman refused to make pizza! I worked for Cumberland Farms years ago we never turned anyone away the kids I drive are disabled it was supposed to be surprise !!! So disappointed I will b call the home office

Clerk didn’t seem to know what to do when putting in a lottery ticket for mega millions. He could not scan the ticket and refused or did not know how to put in a number manually. Please retrain clerks on easy everyday tasks.

Jay the employee there yelled at me. Terrible customer service. Went to purchase a drink for me and my brother and I swiped my card it said it was approved I went to leave and he yelled at me to come back. That’s when I swiped my card a couple more times and it said transaction failure. So me and my brother decided to leave unsatisfied with the terrible customer service.

Cumberland farms SmartPay app uses a terrible "Check ready" program that has terrible customer service, a policy that allows this company to charge whatever fees they want with no manager discretion. I will never go to Cumberland farms again due to the fact that they do whatever they want with your financial information. Feels like fraud to me.
