**You want to go to the CVS by Wakefield St.**
The pharmacist, Lauren (maybe Laura?), is very rude. If you go through these reviews you will see many other people that agree. She used an excuse that 3 people called out as to why I had to wait 2 hrs for a boxed inhaler for the disabled man I take care of who is on constant oxygen. There were 6 people on shift, and I was supposed to believe 9 people could fit behind the counter.... She approached me to ask if I have ever worked in a pharmacy... because that is professional and is supposed to convince me they were behind not having 9 people in 300 square feet.
They NEVERRRRR answer the phone here or call you back, and have a reputation for overall being unfriendly and it is a burden to come here. You have to drive here and wait in order to get help, because you can't call. Very inconvenient! 9 times out of 10 you have to sit and wait for the prescription even when it shows ready, because they do not operate as they should.
Lauren rolled her eyes at me. The shorter guy with dark hair also rolled his eyes. It is also very obvious she is rude to her employees, and therefore everyone here at the pharmacy absolutely let's you know they hate their job. Not fair to customers.

I cannot stand the new Pharmacy system they use an AI that can't even get a person half the time your medication doesn't even go through you find yourself screaming at the phone like a crazy person I am just so disappointed I wish I could go somewhere else but unfortunately with my insurance I'm stuck very poor service I would definitely not recommend them to anyone and just to be clear I'm talking about the pharmacy system when you have to reorder the medication they need to change it back to a person

Laura the wanna be Pharmacy Manager in CVS could not have been more rude, or ignorant. FYI- she is not the pharmacist in charge it’s a gentleman and I forget his name. She discriminated against me and treated me less than human. She deserves to be terminated from her position.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the state of Rhode Island, run exclusively by diversity hires and a female head Pharmacist divorcee who hates all men because she's past her prime. They literally cancelled all my prescriptions with them because my voicemail was, "Aggressive." hahahahahaha omg I really can't with these people. Luckily it was the first and last time I'll ever set foot in the store. Disgusting.

I was treated so rudely today by the manager as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed him the info and extra bucks on the ad on my phone. He still was rude. He gave me the extra bucks finally that I deserved after he asked if I wanted them! That’s what I was originally asking for!
Another time the assistant manager took $2.00 out of his wallet and threw it at me! I will not shop at this cvs again!

I had birth control prescribed via an online service and the Amazon home delivery pharmacy wasn't on the list the RN could send my prescription to so l had to choose this location. They threw away all of the info on the medication, the cardstock carrying case it comes with, and the stickers with the days of the week to use if you don't start the pack on a Sunday (which I don't, so now I'm in for a confusing month). The blister pack alone was given to me, rolled up tightly and stuffed into a plastic medicine bottle. Rolling it up broke the foil over a few pills so now can't even carry it on me the way I'm supposed to because some of the pills would fall out.
I tried to transfer the prescription to Amazon so can go back to getting it delivered but CVS ignored the transfer request. I'm really not looking forward to being hassled for money by the transients in the parking lot every three weeks just to receive birth control poorly packaged by some young punk who I sincerely hope is using a form of it himself.
