horrible customer service and extra charges
Update: besides horrible customer service, they even canceled my account while i have an active paid in full contract, they go out of their way... actually no, they don't care at all about you and just try to call them and get a actual person on the phone

I just started this program with intoxalock I am having problems breathing into their unit the media has devised the next day I'm still having problems it is a nightmare to get help with intoxalock I would not recommend them to anybody unfortunately I have to deal with them right now but I think I'm going to have to suffer and go with another company intoxalock put install the device yesterday and I'm having problems I'm having problems with it the following day it is a nightmare via looking for their next payment very unhappy with intoxalock
