So, the only reason why I normally renew my contract and pay for one full year is because of Mary, who works there. Very accommodating and easy to get along with. But guess what? If you don’t have the ability to pay 12 months in advance, you can absolutely expect a massive increase in your monthly rate, probably five or six months into your contract. We are talking probably a 100% increase. So if you’re paying $60 a month now, in six months or less be prepared to pay $120.
The only way around it is to pay for 12 months.
Another thing. There’s no loyalty program. So you could be there for five years. Pay on time, be the best customer, and you’re not rewarded with even one month rent free. That’s pure baloney.
So, take my advice. Either paid 12 months in advance or if you pay by month, search around for another place that doesn’t backdoor you by whacking you with a 100% rate increase with only
30 days notice. By the way, they will tell you it’s
“ in the contract …. And you should’ve known there was going to be a rate increase”
OK. But a 100% increase? That’s borderline extortion.
Well, I just gave you a solid advice.
So, five stars for Mary. Three stars for the facility. And I’m being generous. Enjoy the summer.

No one loves paying for storage , but they made it easy. Staff was always very helpful and kind.
