Place is very well maintained, very happy that they offer climate controlled units and have multiple size storage units from 5x5 all the way up to 24x32. Michelle is always pleasant and very accommodating. I have and will continue to refer Lil Rhody storage to anyone asking for a unit.

This storage facility is immaculately kept and everyone is very helpful. Michelle, who is there everyday except Sunday is the bestI have had many storage units and hit upon this one by accident. Very well run.

Not good at all charges me 150 for 2wks of rental and when I moved out they charged me again without me authorizing too.and 3wks later still waiting on a refund. I will never do business here again what h our and read document closely

I have rented 4 units for the past year at Lil Rhody Storage. The facilities are always clean and easily accessible. Michelle went above and beyond with her service and professionalism during my rental period. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Lil Rhody Storage.

I would recommend Lil' Rhody Storage for ALL your storage needs. The facility is clean, clientele and service are outstanding, and the cost is "budget friendly" in comparison to others. I would also like to mention Michelle Pignolet is a gem. She was so helpful to me in all the information I needed . She really went the extra mile and took her time and directed her attention to me with my needs and wants for a unit that was within my budget.THANK YOU Michelle and Roy for all your help, time, and service. I will recommend anyone needing storage to Lil' Rhody Storage!

My brother needed a storage unit, and we looked here. They have been so kind. He got a smaller storage than he thought he would need, so he went into the office to ask to transfer to a bigger one, and they did. They didn't charge him any extra for the month and gave him another unit so close to the old one. It was so convenient and they were so nice about everything. Plus, it's indoors, and you don't have to worry about trying to get your items in the nasty or hot weather. They also have a trolly you can roll your items to the unit. So convenient. Highly recommend ? ?

They have always notified me of upcoming changes and when I had a fraud alert and my card was turned off they notified me of my payment. They didn’t charge late fees and have always treated me very respectfully. No problems with them ever

Great storage unit, nice and clean. Michelle is super nice and very helpful. Also, very reasonably priced! I would definitely use them again if needed. I have used several storage units through the years, and this is by far the best.
