The old owner, Don, was friendly and ran a tight ship. The machines and entire laundromat was cleaned every day. They closed at 10pm and the last wash was at 8pm. There was staff until close. Since the new group of owners came in, the machines have not been cleaned routinely, there is staff available sometimes until 5 or 6pm although they will try to tell you that they were there until 8pm or later. Sometimes there is no one there during normal hours lets say like 12pm (noon) on a Saturday/Sunday. The place is open 24 hours but there is absolutely no staff after 8pm for sure. Then the owners had problems amongst themselves and closed a couple of the locations like Middletown due to supposed non payment of bills. One former group member even went to the laundromat to air out her dirty laundry in regards to the group situation. I have no idea how they have managed to bungle this so badly that they ruined some of the states finest and most beloved laundromats.

Best place in the winter, but no AC in the summer, it's like sitting on Satan's lap in there. Don't do it.

Recently moved to the area and come out of my way here since my apartment offers laundry but I’ve choose ocean state laundry since it’s very clean. I must spend 50 $ a week (or more) washing clothes here, I asked to use the bathroom (WHILE MY STUFF IS BEING WASHED) and I was instantly snapped at and was told “out of order” so now I am waiting the remaining several minutes for my laundry to finish with no way in releasing myself….. awful awful
Will not be coming back!!!!!!!!!! You lost a weekly customer. Plenty of laundry mats around :))))))

The website claims they have 90lb washers, but that is false. Also ridiculously expensive.

Good prices for machines, but hours are very spotty. They close early constantly and are never open at 7am like their hours claim. Some of the staff are rude, while others are very helpful. Clean facility.

Thought they were great to work for, boy was I wrong, how they treat u after yrs giving all u got then toss u aside for no reason, no explanation, their power over people went to their heads! So unprofessional!

We have been coming here for years and loved it. Now it's under new ownership who brings her dog in so now you can't leave without dog fur on your clothes that you literally just paid to clean, and in your car. Also went in recently and the place smelled of mold. I don't think dogs should be in a place where you are paying to clean your things.

The older blonde lady that was working was incredibly rude to me and my family. We were just trying to get our laundry out of the dryer and asked if we were in her way. She said we were not then came up from behind us and said “You really need four people to get your laundry out?” We were all tending to our own laundry. Incredibly disrespectful.
We started doing our own laundry here because when we were using their laundry service our clothes had tears in them from the folding table they use. We brought it up to the same older blonde lady and she denied it and was incredibly rude to us.
Will not be going here any longer. Save your money.
