They never replaced the broken boots, they tied down with only plastic zip ties!! employees very rude!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

****Prior reviews from multiple females or their angered significant other reviewing for them, can confirm this is a frequent issue with OneStop/Tony.****Stopped in for a quick check engine light check JUST to know what it was on for. I figured better safe then sorry. Wasn't looking to schedule any repairs or maintenance if not absolutely needed. In turn, I was spoken down to in such a rude hostile manner it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't get out fast enough. Owner kept making unnecessary comments about "not working for free" and "not wasting his time" as if tho I was refusing to pay. Which I made clear payment was not an issue. Again, it was ONLY to run the check engine light. He kept trying to schedule me for next week. Even tho again, it was simply a check engine light check. Something that takes all of 5 minutes. Not sure if it was because I am a young woman and he was being a stereo- typical male mechanic thinking we are all idiots? Or if he is just generally rude and hostile towards potential customers. But I can promise either way... I will never be going back, and will be spreading the word to everyone local to stay as far away as possible!

I went to One Stop Auto for the first time for a state inspection. Tony gave me a complete breakdown and explanation of what needed to be done in order for it to pass. He did the necessary work and inspected it in a timely manner. Tony used great communication during the process. I highly recommend One Stop Auto and will be using them again for all my automotive needsServices: Vehicle Inspection

I brought my 2007 Nissan Frontier for a check engine light and inspection. It has 150,000 miles and as usual, scan, get the code, fix it. Not necessarily.Codes just get you near the issue? Tony at One Stop had the Patience and experience of working on older vehicles to solve the issue. Working on older vehicles can be TIME consuming and Costly. Having owned many vehicles since the 70's, I have some knowledge in maintenance and owning older vehicles. On a friend's referral, I went to One Stop. Do Not regret it. $$ wellspent to solve my problem and GET that inspection the CORRECT way.If you are looking for a CHEAP fix, band-aid type experience, the back yard is the way to go.It's 2023, parts, labor, etc. are all up big time. Cost of living and breathing. Every legit garage charges computer generated cost sheets, and part pricesare set at distributor. When in doubt, DO It Yourself. If you can.Dave M

On a friend's advice I went to Tony at One Stop Auto Repair for a check engine light and inspection. Tony had the years of experience and patience to solve the problem. As my truck is a 2007 with 150,000 anything could be a problem. A hidden gem in Phenix.Working on older vehicles can be time consuming and expensive but Tony's experience saves $$$.Again, a positive experience as troubleshooting older vehicles check engine problems is difficult.???DaveMServices: Brakes

This is in regards to your reply to my review yesterday. I did not authorize you to "look into" anything. I am the one who owns the car and I am the one who left the car with you. I dropped my car off for an inspection and oil change. If my tail lights weren't working then you should have told ME that and asked ME how I wanted to proceed. And you didn't. You charged me for "your time" in which you did NOTHING. I've already had my lights fixed elsewhere at this point along with an oil change and inspection. My tail lights being out was a FUSE. How a "professional" garage couldn't catch that is beyond me. The next person i brought it to told me the problem and fixed it within MINUTES. But you just said you didn't know the issue and here you charge me $84. You told my husband you specialize in jeeps and Chryslers...why would I have you "work" on my Toyota?? I NEVER should have been charged. Taking 6 hours to NOT be able to locate a fuse is probably not a good thing. DO BETTER. I stand by my recent review.

Have been going to One Stop for almost 10 years now. Tony and his staff can identify my auto issues and make the repairs right the first time. They know my vehicles history. Unlike going to dealers for service where you have to explain about your vehicle each time to a different service advisor. I like the idea of building a relationship with a small business owner. I give my loyalty to them and in return get quality service back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tony runs an upstanding business: he thoroughly inspects your vehicle, supports service recommendations with video enhancements (!), and offers different price options for service when possible. Put your trust in Tony!

This is an unsafe shop for women. Ladies, DO NOT go there.I will preface this with saying that I worked in an auto shop for 3 years. I am no stranger to how a shop runs.I called Monday and made an appointment for Thursday for a simple oil change and emissions test. When I arrived Thursday I was greeted by Tony. Tony was aggressive and rude, he stated he did not have an appointment for me. I told him who I had talked to and that I really needed my emissions done. Instead of handling it professionally and talking with me about what he could do for me (and taking up the communication breakdown with his coworker who had scheduled the appointment) he began to yell at me. I should have left then but tried to be flexible against my better judgement. I let him know that I had other cars so I was fine with my car being kept until noon the following day to which he said he could do.The following day (today) I called to ask when my car would be ready. Tony answered and was once again aggressive. He began to yell at me stating that I couldn't "expect my car to be done in ten minutes" The vehicle had been with him near 24 hours at the time of the call. I attempted to explain to him that I was going out of town and needed to pick my car up before I left. Tony cut me off several times and escalated from yelling to screaming at me for being a "rude" customer. I asked him what work had been done with the assumption that I would pay for what was done, pick up my car, and deal with the rest when I returned to town. Tony lied to me and stated he had begun work. When I pressed him for information on what work was done he said he had "pulled it in" but nothing else. He then hung up on me.Tony called me after a few minutes and stated that if he could keep the car over the weekend he could have it done on Monday. I did not feel comfortable with this but felt stuck. I agreed and told him I understood the stresses of a shop but that he also needed to listen to his customers and not cut them off when they're trying to communicate their needs. Tony asked me to bring in my spare license plate.I took a man with me to drop off my plates. Tony's attitude was completely different when I had a male present. He did not yell, at first. I was still feeling uncomfortable so I asked him what work, if any, had been done. He became visibly angry but kept his temper (something he did not do when I was on my own) He lied and said he started work but when pressed for information on what work so I could pay for it and leave, he said he had "checked the lights". I respectfully asked him to return my keys and stated I would rather go to another shop because I wasn't feeling comfortable. Tony would not return my car keys to me until I had asked 3 times, the whole time he was trying to tell me that I was a terrible customer, he only handed the keys over when the man with me started to step towards the counter to intervene. As I left I wished him luck, and he yelled after me that I was horrible. I don't want to think how he would have acted if I had gone on my own again.Update to the owners response:1. I scheduled an appointment on Monday, the man I spoke to was named either Donny, Dean, or something along those lines.2. I never insisted you stop other work, I asked you to get the work I had scheduled done within a reasonable amount of time (a full day for a job that takes less than an hour is reasonable and you had promised it would be done) I also expect to be treated with even the slightest bit of respect when working with a shop.3. I have not lied about anything, I have audio recordings of our phone conversation (when you began to get so aggressive I asked my fiancé to record because I felt threatened) and our interaction was audio recorded when I came into your shop the second time showing myself being polite and you not handing over the keys. Would you rather I publically post these recordings? Because they really won't look good for you. Maybe you should stop trying to gaslight and lie. Instead
