Overpriced, waited 90 minutes past my appointment time and waiting are/facilities were dirty and out of supplies. Will not return.

I had an appointment for 9:30 in the morning for an inspection they moved my car around 11:30 and then waited until almost 2:00 in the afternoon to tell me that my car was not going to pass inspection I sat in their almost 2:00 in the afternoon to tell me that my car was not going to pass inspection I sat in their Chelsea waiting room from 9:30 in the morning until 2:40 in the afternoon when I was finally given my car back very unprofessional they never texted me updates the only update I got was that my appointment had been accepted.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for my 2023 Acura MDX due to having a nail in my tire. I was told upon arrival that because the vehicle is all wheel drive all 4 tires would need to be replaced due to one having a flat. This is a brand new vehicle with 6k miles on it. Tires look brand new except for one having a nail in it. I have never heard of that in my entire life. This place is sexist and tried to take advantage of me because I am a young female walking in there alone. The man I spoke to by the name of Mike said my only options were replace all 4 tires or he couldn’t help me at all. Horrible service. Acura was able to switch out the one tire the next day. Women do not go to this store alone they will try to convince you that you don’t know what you’re talking about and take advantage of you and rob you for your money. I never ever write reviews and had to come here to write one because of how horrible I was treated.

If zero stars were an option, I would give zero. Do not go here unless you want a nightmare experience. Went in to purchase 4 tires and should have realized upon first interaction with the service worker that this place is a red flag. The service worker Michael not only forgot to order our tires, but apologized for being, and I quote, "hungover" from the night before. He came running out after us to ask for our phone number because he realized he didn't even ask us for it to call us when it was ready. Upon checking out for the tires, the interaction was rushed and we weren't offered or notified of any sort of warranties for the tires. A week later, one of the tires went flat after running over a screw. The car was dropped off on a Saturday and we were told that the car would be ready by Tuesday. The following Saturday comes around, and after hearing 0 updates from Pep Boys, we decide to call to ask for an update. We are then told that the car is ready. Why weren't we contacted? Upon arriving to the location, our car is still sitting in the parking lot with a flat tire. We go inside and speak with Bob and explain that we we were never offered a warranty and have had a horrible experience since the start, and are now here to pick up a car that we told was ready which was not. Bob tells us that we will be responsible for the Road Hazard warranty of $27 and change, and that there's "no evidence" of which tire the warranty was on. Meaning, no evidence if the old tire or the new tire had the road hazard and that's all we would have to pay for. We were told the exact value of what we had to pay, and after picking the car up, NOW were told that we still had to pay the full price of the tire on top of the warranty. Michael, the service tech, then tells us that the wheel could potentially shake on the highway due to a balancing issue he had and to bring it back in if this happens. The pure shadiness and irresponsibility of the workers at this location was mind-blowing, resulting in us contacting an attorney.

The bathroom was disgusting and they tried to overcharge me and perform unnecessary “repairs”. When I asked about it they tried back peddle.
