I love what they did to the place and it looks sooo much better.
The first 7 photos are from about 4 months ago. Photos 8-End Re what the back looks like now. It's more spacious and a lot more better looking. The vibes are awesome here.
Awesome people Awesome Atmosphere, Great deals and Prices Helpful and kind staff for all gaming needs they have Pokemon and Magic The Gathering Game nights and also cards. They also have Other game nights too they accept cash and card My friends go here a lot and I am learning how to play magic so I can understand things they like. Warning the game is addictive and I love it. The staff are always caring and are extremely knowledgeable about games and values on cards and more. Stop in you are always welcome you may even make some new friends.The bat is not part of their Merchandise this is a sensory Toy one of my friends got me this at Anime Con. There is a Front area and a back area. Back area is where the bathroom is and the D&D mini figures and some of the other things you need for the game. They also have some other games as well. I'm not talking about Monopoly.

Have come in multiple times and the atmosphere is very negative. I have witnessed zero customer service skills, and even been ignored while at the counter ready to check out. I used to love this place, I have been visiting since they opened in the very first location, but this location has gone downhill. They no longer offer board games in store, only online or in their back alley warehouse. Also worried about the OSHA violations the place has got going on. Would love to see the place get back on its feet and start acting like a store again, maybe change of management?

I have nothing against anyone. But as a long time not only costumer but thought I was a friend. I can't recommend selling to them. Sure but and make sure they stay a float.

8/10 - verdict: great employees, good prices, don't know whats up with the fake stuff.
First, the guys there are great people to talk to. I had talked for about half an hour about games and all my stories with retro games I bought for cheap with one guy. It was really cool talking to the guys there, and they are some of the coolest employees I have met at a store.
Second, the prices. These are some good prices. Some stuff there is very well priced, and priced to sell. Just bought a GBA SP from there a while back for only 65 bucks with no charger, and Dragon Ball FighterZ for 10 bucks! Overall, prices are awesomely good there.
Third and final, I have no idea what's up with the fake stuff there. Some people report fake games there with photos. I personally didn't spot anything super suspicious, but this was a little bit weird to hear about, but I didn't see anything fake, so I will trust that the fake stuff has been addressed. This will be updated if I see any fake games, not pokemon cards, as I don't know too much about them.

***Buyers Beware***
Was sold fake Aquapolis ereaders here. Was told a back story that someone off loaded several thousands of dollars of ereaders to this store quickly. After buying some I noticed that they were peeling up after prepping them to be graded. I have run into this before last year in Connecticut with WOTC card as well. These fakes are good, after bringing it to the attention of the staff, I was essentially called a liar and that “Pokémon cards are nothing more than stickers and that’s how they come”. The lack of the level of knowledge at this store and professionalism for bringing up my concern was alarming. After the conversation went south I was refunded. I did like going here until this interaction and their unwillingness to question the that the card may actually be fake.

They sell FAKE pokemon cards. I am shocked this place has high reviews. They know nothing about pokemon. I bought cards here that turned out to be fake. They were the best fakes I had seen. The fakes were stickers stuck to an actual card. The shop said all pokemon cards are printed on stickers and the front would peel off any card under the right circumstances. That is 100 percent not true. They told me someone else claimed to have bought fakes as well but they knew they were completely real so I must be lying as well. If more than one person is reporting it they need to reevaluate how they speak to people. Pokémon cards are not stickers. BUYER BEWARE!

Went it there and it smelled so bad like honestly rancid. I had to cover my nose and was physically gagging. How do you let it get this bad anywhere smells like a dumpster in fire. Only could stand in there for 2 mins. Just wanted one card and they try to upcharge me for it by 10 bucks. The display case has no set price. They just look up the highest price on their phone and add 10 bucks to it so unprofessional. Seriously this store needs to be shut down due to health violation. The employee s sit down and roll around on a chair they can't even stand and smell awful. Please take a shower and do some basic hygiene. Gives the tcg community such a bad reputation . If you can't even clean yourselves or your store yours shouldn't be in business.

Wonderful and welcoming game store! Good game selection and plenty of tables to play store copies of games at a great price! New set up in the main room is so much better for games, Magic, and anything else! A very fun place to come play weekly Magic. The owners and staff are very inclusive and passionate about what they're doing! So glad to have a quality local game store!

Great game shop! They are currently hosting Lorcana on Tuesday evenings at 6pm which is why I regularly visit. This place is a lot of fun.

The best games shop I've been to in a long time. Staff are very patient and helpful while you look through binders of cards for sale, learn about games, and ask questions.Store's recent remodel feels very open and easier to browse. There are also weekly events for card games that are posted to their social media.Trade-ins are very fair and transparent, but keep your expectations realistic.All in all just in love with Reality A.
