Jay is so professional… just the greatest experience I’ve had with any auto shop!!! I would highly recommend RI auto to anyone! Jay is absolutely great and professional! If there were a rating 1-10…. They are 100!!!

I was traveling from PA to RI over the weekend and on the second day, one of my tires started making a horrible screeching notice. Not knowing any mechanics in the area, we called a random place close to where we were staying and are so glad we got RI Auto Repair. We explained our situation and were told they had the parts for what we thought it was and to bring it in as soon as we could. It was later in the day and it was clear they were very busy, but they did what they had to to get us in.
Also knowing that we were out of the area and this needed to be fixed immediately, they could have increased priced, but we felt it was reasonable for the work we had done.

Had a flat tire unexpectedly and was near RI Auto repair, they checked my tire and put on the spare. This was such a hugh help as I was on my way an appointment. Thank you so much! Very helpful!

I needed work done to my Ford Explorer and haven’t had the best luck in the past. I asked a coworker who she recommended and she recommended Jay from RHODE ISLAND auto repair. I am so glad that I listened to her and checked this place out. He was extremely fair, Fast, very accommodating and really, really nice. My car needed a lot of work and I really can’t express enough how fair the price was. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve already given the number to the shop to my family and friends, and I will definitely be going back When I need work done again.

When I first went there for my very first time. They were cheap and did a good job. 2nd time I wanted my brakes bled. Well there kindness ended. $1400 bill. Said I needed brakes,rotors, calipers, 2 front brake hoses. The price I paid was ridiculous. I got prices from parts store. Only like $600 in parts.so $800 in labor for 3 hours of work. Crazy

This place was great. Just got my rear brakes done. I had called around to a few different repair shops and they had the best price. I dropped off around 10 am and picked up at 2 pm. They were kind and charged my battery for me and didn’t try to upsell anything beyond what I came in for. 10/10 recommend their services.
