This is my second time coming to precision Auto The first time I came to this shop I was broken down with all my children. I almost 6:00 at night. The owner Allen took it upon himself to get me a tow and work with me on fixing my vehicle. Cutting me a great deal. Second time I went was due to breaks and rotors thinking I only need a front ones. My back ones need to be replaced as well giving me a discount but help me save some money. They were able to put on some pads. Highly recommend this auto shop. Very accommodating very reasonable

Our battery died on the Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend - but thankfully we live down the block from Rhode Island Auto Repair! They drove over to jump start our car, replaced the battery and only charged us for the cost of the battery (which they somehow ordered and had delivered within an hour) - incredible.
