I recently went there and I was treated different I felt so sad and it kept me questioning myself why. I had to cancel the service but till had to pay. I cried my way home just want to treat myself good after a long night at work and to be treated different. This ruined my day, I went there first thing in the morning right after work. I cried all the way from the store to my house. I felt so sad why was I treated unfair and different. This was just yesterday. And I never expected this especially being my third time over there, usually I schedule with a lady who i happened to have her contact but for that day I didn’t contact her I just did a walk in for my feet and I didn’t expect my service to go wrong… my mood went from good morning with a happy face went to a sad face. I was vlogging the whole time for my YouTube channel due to the situation I just ended the recording it’s just sad to be treated wrong. I just had him stop n I just list without saying a word it’s just sad no body should feel the. Way I did that morning

Victoria SAVED the day for me. I came in desperate for a new color, on a time crunch for a wedding I was in and she made time for me!!! If you call for an appointment, she will make the time for you. My nails are now perfect and bridesmaid worthy!!!

Owner is aggressive, unsafe and unprofessional. He screamed at me and pushed passed me.I called and made an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. When I came in I asked if it was ok that I have my old set taken off, and a new set put on. They said that should be fine and sat me down to get started. Immediately the man asked me why I wanted them taken off to which I explained that the nails underneath bother me and long story short I just would like them removed and a new set. He continued to try to convince me to do a fill instead, but I just wanted a new set. He talked to the daughter and the daughter came over to ask me why I wanted a new set. At this pointed I had already explained myself multiple times- so I just said “ I just wanted these to be taken off, and to get a new set.”The man then aggressively grabbed my hands and started filing off my nails. He continued to complain about it to me!Honestly I started to feel really uncomfortable with how aggressive he was being with the nail drill while complaining about it.At this point I felt unsafe and I just decided it would be best for everyone for me to leave. He had only spent maybe 5 or 10 minutes starting to file off my nails.I very kindly said “I think I would like to leave. I don’t feel comfortable and I would like to leave. I would be happy to pay you for your time but I don’t feel comfortable here”He immediately got even more aggressive, told me to get out, and he pushed passed me to open the door. I then offered the daughter the money because I wasn’t trying to not pay for their time but she said no and tried making excuses saying they were just talking about who was going to the nails. Honestly I have little to no problem with her, but her father(the owner) then literally screamed at me to get out.I left from there while telling them that they’re unprofessional and aggressive.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I never have problems at any stores I don’t think I’ve even ever left a review before. This experience genuinely scared me and made me so disheartened. I always tip my nail technicians for their hard work and I fully expected to pay for whatever they said. I also was fully prepared for them to just said no! Honestly I would’ve had them just say no over complaining about doing it and being aggressive with dangerous tools on my skin.I do not recommend.

I have been going here for years and would always recommend them. However, this is not the case anymore. I think they must have changed hands because I don't see the woman who was always sitting at the front chair doing acrylics.Anyway, the owner (little man) is always there when I go now and very little other staff. He does not know how to do pedicures. He doesn't use cuticle remover, toe spacers, rasp (cheese grater) or a nail file (to mention a few things).I had to go to use up my gift card but I will never go back there. In fact, I don't believe they will be in business much longer if he is doing the servicing.He hardly trims anything off my cuticles, cuts my toenails all the way down, doesn't file them after cutting, barely uses the pumice stone on just my heels and doesn't clean the polish off the skin.Anyone working there should start looking for another job soon.I only gave 1 star because they don't let you leave 0 stars.Service: Pedicure

Shayla no longer works there so I don't go anymore (despite it being across the street from me). However they do have great pedicures. Hate how busy it gets sometimes. This salon will get the job done if your in need a quick appointment.
