Buying a 2026 Double Apex Blue Integra this week, was the BEST experience buying a car, I’ve ever had. Ken my sales person, and Serena in finance, and everyone else, who you felt just wanted to meet you, because they are all so friendly, made this the most enjoyable experience ever. I am so in love with this Beautiful car, and they made it happen. Please, if you’re looking for your next Acura, don’t go anywhere else, because they will not disappoint!!

Missed my tail light being out during an inspection! I was curious why the inspection only took 15 minutes. They wanted to charge me $540 to replace the whole unit. Upon swapping it out I noticed they just disconnected the power to it or did not notice. Neither is good this place is a joke though go somewhere more reputable who actually know what they are doing. Zero stars would be more appropriate

Worst experience ever
I purchased a Acura RDX on Wednesday 12.10. On Thursday 12.11. I realized this car was not for me. Yes I should have done more research before signing. More so I should have looked at their other reviews and reports against this dealership, with the better business bureau. I thought being one day after purchasing I would be able to return the car. They offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on their websites. After being unable to reach my salesperson and finding out he was out of office. I tried to reach a manager. No luck. The next day my sales person reached out. He said he wished he could help but the car was already registered. I took this as understandable. Until I reached out to the RI DMV, and confirmed it was not registered. Finally after calling them out on this. I was offered a swap for a lower model car. Still basically at the same payments. I finally was able to reach a manager. I explained the whole situation. He went down on the price of the lower model car by not nearly enough. I explained at this point I just want to return the car and unwind the deal. He told me that was too bad and I was contracted in. I am a local guy who has been with Honda/Acura for over a decade. This is beyond disappointing.

I had one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had at Speedcraft Acura. The sales manager, Stephen Brynn and Joe Bevilacqua in sales were both excellent to work with, very responsive over email and phone, and great communicators throughout the process.
The negotiation was fast, fair, and efficient, and I really felt like I was getting the best possible deal on the vehicle. There was no pressure or games.
Everyone I interacted with was patient and friendly and took the time to answer questions and explain the details. The showroom and offices were clean and well-maintained which added to the experience.
From start to finish, it was a pleasure. I’d absolutely recommend Speedcraft to anyone looking for an easy, honest car-buying experience.

I was in the market for a car I checked out a couple dealerships but Speedcraft Acura did their thing! Such a seamless process for my first time buying a car. Janelle was very helpful and knows her Acura’s. She made sure before I drove off the lot I was familiar with all the sensors and options on the vehicle.

Fantastic experience - honest, fast, reasonable, considerate! Negotiated all over the phone, paperwork was waiting for me when I arrived, in and out in 30min. I recently purchased an Acura MDX Type S from Speedcraft Acura as an out-of-state buyer, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very start, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I was looking for a good deal and had done my research, and Speedcraft Acura delivered exactly what they promised.
Negotiating over the phone was straightforward and hassle-free — no games or back-and-forth drama. When I arrived after driving over an hour and a half from Boston, the car was exactly as described: in excellent condition and ready to go. Most importantly, the offer they sent me ahead of time didn’t change once I got there — no bait and switch, which I’ve unfortunately seen with other dealerships. These folks are true to their word.
A big thank you to Mike Hamilton (General Sales Manager), Stephen Brynn (Sales Manager), Kenneth Naylor Jr.(my sales associate), and Heleno Miranda(Finance Manager) who even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, I was out of the dealership within about two hours — and that included time for a test drive!
If you’re an out-of-state buyer or even local, I highly recommend Speedcraft Acura. The team’s honesty, efficiency, and customer service made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive down again for a future purchase.
