I went to Acura speedcraft back at June in desperate need of renewing my lease "I was super stressed". Janelle and Mike and the Finance department customer care service was amazing, they really took care me. We went straight to business and i was out the door with my new Integra the next day. Amazing team :) I recommend Janelle and Mike, honestly Thank you for everything.

Recently my husband and I went to Speedcraft as we started our look for a new family car. We worked with Kenny and he was AMAZING!! He was able to answer any of our questions regarding the Acura MDX and if he didn’t know the answer he openly admitted it and found it out for us. Kenny did not put any pressure on us to make a decision that day nor make us feel rushed during our time looking at the vehicle/test drive—he treated us as if he knew us forever and made the whole experience enjoyable! Although we did not pick the MDX as our new family vehicle, we have been recommending speedcraft to all our family members looking for a new car and specifically told them to ask for Kenny! Thank you for everything!

I had an exceptional car buying experience at Speedcraft Acura. I love my MDX Type S, and Bob King and Mike Hamilton did a great job throughout the process. Bob’s professionalism, knowledge, and no-pressure approach made the process smooth and easy. Mr. Hamilton was great in assisting with out-of-state registration. I just recently bought a 2021 Acura RDX from Speecraft in Warwick and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Margarita, Heleno and Michael were the most friendly and authentic sales crew I've ever worked with. I spent 4 months looking for the right gently used car from various dealerships across RI and MA. When I saw a new listing from Speedcraft Acura in Warwick I stopped in to take a look. The car had just arrived on the lot and hadn't been detailed yet. It was the year, color and type that I was looking for but I was hesitant to buy it in that moment without seeing it cleaned. Michael assured me if I was interested in this car and I would allow him the opportunity to have it detailed I wouldn't be disappointed. His team went above and beyond getting it to nearly perfect condition as a 3 year old vehicle. He wasn't kidding when he said he wanted to earn my business.
Margarita's approach was kind and reasonable. Not for one second did I feel pressured into buying anything. She made me feel that her top priority was helping me get into the right car while staying within my budget. She remained in touch throughout the week with updates and her and Heleno made the buying process a breeze.

Wanted to make mention of the wonderful purchasing a car experience that I've EVER had. Acura RDX A-spec just amazing! No pressure whatsoever from Kenneth "Kenny" Naylor. He was very professional, informative, and very comforting to me since this was a decision I was not too sure of making, but I really wanted to make it happen. He made it happen with no stress or pressure. Very professional Finance Manager, Heleno could have not been more professional and knowledgeable and gave me several different options with no pressure just great explanation that this old brain could grasp! LOL. All of this was smooth and did not take long at all to make it happen! I was going to go with my Credit union, but their option was so much better. And of course, cannot forget Mike, GM. He gave me options and facts. Again, ask for Kenny!! He's wonderful!!

I have recently had very pleasant experience working with Kenny and his team at Speedcraft Acura when looking to purchase a new MDX. Kenny was a great new and excited salesman who shared confidently what he knew and let me know if he didn’t know something and promptly got me the answer.
Kenny introduced me to the head of service, Angelo, who went above and beyond to help me understand the Certified Pre-owned process.
Even though our deal did not work out, it was not because of Kenny and his great sales staff. I am excited to work with them again in the future.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX. Our salesperson Ken was very easy to work with, spent a lot of time with us and was able to answer all our questions. This is the first time we have ever purchased a vehicle on our first visit to a dealership, thank you Ken and team for making this purchase so easy! My boyfriend bought his Honda Civic at this location a few months back and we had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson Lee was a breath of fresh air. He was super nice and friendly and we bonded right away. He was personal and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. The buying process was smooth and quick and our finance person was helpful and not pushy. I highly recommended this place. The car is still in good shape and we haven't had an issues.

I had been previously leasing a 2021 Acura RDX, which was going to expire in August 2024. I randomly stopped by Speedcraft Acura of Warwick the end of May to check out my options. A lot has definitely changed within the 3 years in the “car world” I was approached by a young man Ken. He listened to what I was potentially looking for. We went over a few options, as the economy isn’t very easy on our wallets. I did show interest in a 2024 RDX, (as I do love the car). Because I wasn’t being pushed and bullied into any deal made me feel comfortable to make a decision. I drove out of there that day with my new (leased) 2024 RDX. Fantabulous deal! Joe and Michael Hamilton are the man!!! This was such and easy and fun process. from the very start, Joe was informative, straightward, funny yet professoinal, and he worked so hard to make sure I was happy and made the best choice. Never one did I feel pressured.
