Mike took all the time we needed to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase. Michael, the sales manager was friendly and helpful, Heleno, the finance manager was terrific, felt like family by the time we left. Wonderful experience.

Every person I dealt with either by phone when initiating my car search right to after the purchase, the communication and service was impeccable. Bob King did an outstanding job in our negotiations and having the paperwork and car ready for me, he was very respectful, patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Speedcraft to anyone!

My husband and I just purchased a new car at Speedcraft Acura. Everyone from the general manager, finance officer, and Margarita Tejada, our sales representative were very pleasant and friendly and helpful. Margarita was very friendly sociable and made sure we knew everything about the car. She made us feel valued and comfortable. I would crecommend them to my family and friends.

I've now leased two new vehicles from this location, and will continue to return as a customer. I also bring my leases in for service, for oil changes, or other issues, as needed. The staff in sales and service have all been very friendly, helpful, and all around pleasant. My new leased vehicle had an issue with the paint and the dealership is making sure it is taken care of for me, which I really appreciate. The interior decor could use an upgrade, but besides that, this location is ?. Highly recommend to anyone looking for or considering a new vehicle.

I just leased my second MDX from Speedcraft Acura, and I must say that their service continues to be outstanding! Three years ago, I worked with Mike Hamilton and he was awesome. He is now the GM, but he reached out to me recently, and after a few conversations, he set me up with Bob King. The process from start to finish was seamless. The entire team at Speedcraft is friendly, knowledgeable, and make the customer feel good. If you are looking for an Acura, I would definitely recommend Speedcraft.

My experience was amazing! Tam Nguyen made the process so simple and was not pushy at all. He always made sure I was getting what I wanted and did not try to upsell me on cars outside of my price range. He answered any and all questions I had before, and after, purchasing the car. He was so helpful in showing me all the tricks with the car and basically everything I needed to know once I purchased the RDX. I will most definitely return to them in the future and recommend anyone to go there and see Tam!

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Only gave it 1 star for the salesman Mike Hamilton who sold me my car, he was fantastic. Besides him, the service is terrible. Brought my vehicle here 4 times for the same noise and they sent me away saying “it’s normal”. Emailed the general manager to no response! They have my number on file and refused to answer my calls but when I called with a different number, they answered. SAVE YOUR MONEY, go else where!!! I regret sending people here!

Five Star Service…Speedcraft Acura Salesman, Mike Patullo went above and beyond on May 10th, 2023.I was on my way to Speedcraft Acura in one of their courtesy loaner vehicles to pick up a recently purchased car they were helping to upgrade by having MiCorp add an aftermarket backup camera. On the way to the dealership I hit a pothole around ~200 Cowesett Rd. going towards Rt. 2. The pothole was unidentified and not visible as it was filled with water. The result was an almost instant flat.I was lucky to have found a place to pull in at St. Gregory’s Church on the left hand side of the road. At the time I hit the pothole it was nearing 615PM and the dealer closed at 7pm. I rolled up my sleeves to get ready to replace the tire to find that this vehicle did not have a spare onboard, instead it was equipped with a portable air pump. I attempted to use the pump, but did not have any success. I immediately called Speedcraft to advise that I was stranded and would not get to the dealer prior to 7pm. The representative who answered my call was very nice and put me in contact with the Sales Manager, Mike Hamilton, who recalled who I was from the previous week’s purchase and immediately put me in contact with Mike Patullo.Both Mike P, and Mike H., immediately asked where I was and if I was safe. Mike P. advised that he would personally pick me up to get me back to the dealership. I felt terrible that I had ended up with a flat but Mike reminded me that accidents happen and he himself had experienced a flat not long ago. He got me back to the dealership and advised that he would take care of the courtesy vehicle first thing the next morning.Mike’s unselfish service and personal touch was able to get me back to the dealership to pick up my car. Though a bit late, I was able to arrive at my God Daughter’s birthday dinner that had been planned earlier in the day. As I sat at the birthday dinner, that I could have easily missed if not for Mike, I thought…”would someone else have done the same?”Speedcraft Acura is EXTREMELY lucky to have colleagues like Mike Patullo, Mike Hamilton, and customer service representatives who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.Thank you, and know that five stars isn’t enough for what you did. Your efforts deserved a lot more.
