Today We took delivery of our 7th car from Speedcraft. A great dealership with great people. Today’s experience only underscores why we have always chosen to come back to them. Mike Hamilton, the general manager is wonderful and always takes care to do the best he can. No games and nonsense here. He personally took care to organize the deal before we even had to step foot in the dealership.
Heleno, the finance manager, is an absolute joy to deal with. He came running back out and stopped us from leaving after noticing that there was room to reduce our payment, despite the fact that we had already signed. He didn’t have to do that, but the honesty and care was very much appreciated and did not go unnoticed. No games, no stupid warranties, nonsensical fees, markups, or cash grabs here.
Margarita, our saleswomen, also always takes care of us. Kind heart and extremely wonderful to deal with.
In all honesty - the whole dealership staff is top notch. Great people. Over the course of 5 years, and 7 cars, the people has always left us extremely pleased. From Bob King always taking care to say hello and extend a hand, to Manny in the service department always cramming us in on short notice - we couldn’t be happier. In the depths of the pandemic when dealerships were playing games and taking people for a ride with crazy fees, and markups, they were always honest and straight forward. Happily, that hasn’t changed.

Needed front brake. Easy to get an appointment They did the brake pads and didn't bug me about replacing the rotors which every dealer I have been to wanted Easy in and out.

Was our time here was looking to up grade from a car to a SUV Everyone is super friendly. Lee is the salesman we had and he was awesome. So happy and engitic and knolagable. He sat down with us listened to what we wanted. Never rushed or pushy. We went with the Nissan Rouge after trying some vehicles out The next day we had to meet with Jamie who does the financial work. He was awesome. Even got us a better interest rate and walked us thru everything. Definitely recommend Speedcraft

THIS IS A VERY LONG REVIEW, But this is a log that I have kept from the start of my dealings with Speed Craft Acura until after my purchase of my car and all communication with Mike Hamilton (General Sales Manager) and Heleno Miranda (Finance Manager) December 26th 2023-March 8th 2023MY CRAZY UNNECESSARY EXPERIENCE WITH SPEED CRAFT ACURA When I first met with Mike Hamilton my first impression of him was he was a nice down to earth guy and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase (if I made one) and he seemed to make me feel like I was going to get a great deal.(of course I know that's what salespeople do to make their money) and I was willing to give him an exceptional review until I started to realize what they were doing to me and that they didn't really care about how I was treated and the money they were stealing from me, they care about their commission more (and I get that) but does not give them a right to screw me over and try to take every cent from me by not being honest with me when selling me a vehicle. So yes Mike I will say has a great (convincing) personality but I cannot give him or this dealership a good review because they took advantage of me. So if your looking to purchase a vehicle please do your research, check all the reviews and the BBB complaints (there is one similar to mine) before me buying a vehicle from them.( which I did not know about until after I made my purchase.) They are going to tell you the vehicles already come with things installed on them like the wheel locks and Vin etching that cannot be removed and you have to pay as he is adding the amount in on the sales aggreement. This is NOT true. So please read my review from start to finish and hopefully this helps before you decide to buy from them. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO THE ARMOR ALL SMART SHIELD BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT (THEY CHARGED ME $897.00) AND IT WAS NOT EVEN APPLIED TO MY VEHICLE. They tell you it's a great thing to have and it's a great warranty. Below is my timeline:December 23rd, 2022 - I called Speedcraft Acura located at 883 Quaker Lane West Warwick RI 02893 to inquire about a 2023 Acura MDX Advanced Package that I saw they had on their website, I spoke to Mike Hamilton (General Sales Manager) he was very nice on the phone when we spoke. I asked him if the price listed on the website of that vehicle was the out the door price on the car and wanted to make sure there were no hidden surprise costs, he told me no absolutely not, the price I see on the website is what I pay and no hidden cost surprises. I told him I wanted to schedule a day to test drive the car so Mike said that if I gave him a deposit on the car it would be held for me and would be 100% refundable back to me if I decided I did not want the car. I gave him $1,000.00 deposit which I had no problem doing.December 26th, 2022: I Went into Speedcraft Acura, I met with Mike Hamilton, we shook hands, he took a copy of my license and handed me the keys to the car I was interested in, I took it for a test drive and came back to the dealership, sat down with Mike to go over everything, he told me that Acura sends the vehicles to the dealers with Vin Etching and Wheel locks that remain on the car and is an added accessory that I have to pay for on top of the vehicles price and cannot be removed as he is writing the price on the sales agreement, of course I paid (because I thought he was being truthful) I had no intention of talking them down on the vehicle price. I paid a total price with accessories, tax, title and whatever else they add in of $71,596.22. I told him I would bring in a bank check on Saturday December 31st 2022 at 1:00 pm. (he said they needed it by then if not before because they had to close out the year)December 30th, 2022: I went to Speedcraft Acura to meet with Mike to give him my bank check for $70,596.22, he already had the $1,000.00 deposit which made the total $71,596.22. This was actually a day earlier than what I had originally scheduled with him. I signed all the paperwork with Mik

We decided to go to Speedcraft instead of a closer Acura dealer to us because of the local Acura adding a market adjustment on top of sticker price. Speedcraft did not disappoint. I am in finance and dislike pushy sales people and we did not find any sales people with that cliche salesperson attitude. The Finance person Helino was excellent and friendly and explained everything extremely well. AS Well as our salesperson Mike Hamilton who has been in the industry for 10 years.Go to Speedcraft you won't be disappointed
