My mother and I have been going to Spin It for a long time now and it's always been a pleasure, more recently because of the lovely lady that works there. Krystal has always been such a joy to talk with, filling our morning with fun and interesting stories that make our Thursdays more bearable. She's a hard worker, professional, and is always polite to anyone that walks through the door!

this laundromat is awesome. nice lady working there helped me carry out my laundry because my hands were full with the baby!! little kids area. only cost me $25 to wash and dry 3 large loads. I am very satisfied. It’s like someone had a dream of how the perfect laundromat would be and then made it happen!

High quality, quiet, and clean. They take cash and card, and also have a little area for the kids to chill out while you take care of your laundry. Theres a wash sink and tons of room for folding. Employees and owners are great here. Highly recommend this place.

I love coming to spin it everyone is so friendly and this place is a 100 % clean and the manger everyone loves her she is professional and friendly and if I don't see her car I wait until she comes in to wash my clothes ???❤️

This place is not sanitary at all someone was smoking crack in the bathroom and the police were not called and I’m also looking into the vending machines and there holes in the bag like mice got to the snacks

My white comforter and sheets came out nice and white out of the washer. When I dried them, the rust on the vent of the dryer turned them brown. They claimed it wasn’t the dryer because it doesn’t rust, but you can clearly see the rust LOL. I wouldn’t recommend risking your clothes at this laundry mat.

By far my favorite place. The staff is friendly and kind. Very helpful and give you a family feel. The prices are far with different ways to pay. Facility is clean warm and inviting. Been going here for 3 years never had any issues.

I used to love washing my clothes at this laundromat until recently. I had the most horrible experience. I had to do a last min load of laundry on a Sunday night. It was 8pm. I figured I had more than enough time bc it closes at 9. I’ve have done late washes before and I have never had a problem. I walked in. I put my money in the coin dispenser and I said hello to the woman working beside the counter. She said hello back and I went on with my laundry. I put the clothes in the laundry, the soap, the coins and started my wash. After about 3 or 4 mins of my clothes washing the woman working came up to me and said “you can’t do laundry this late, last wash is at 730”. I asked where the sign was that said that last wash was at 730. She said there was no sign but that’s the rules. We bantered back and forth and I told her my clothes are washing and there is not much else I can do about it. She then told me I can’t dry my clothes there. I said I will take my soaking wet clothes with me and I will never come back again. She said that was fine. I have never been treated so poorly at an establishment. I would like to note that my wash was done at 846. She could have easily let me dry my clothes for 15/20 mins, there was another customer already there taking her time hanging her clothes and folding them. I could barely carry the heavy wet clothes in my basket. I’m beyond disgusted with this establishment.…In response to your response! I walked in. Grabbed a cart. Cashed money out, I spoke to her! She said hello to me! I put the laundry in the washers and it was already washing when she came up to me extremely rude and ignorant and said I can’t use the wash. A little late for that, don’t you think? Why not tell me when I walked in? She saw me. I didn’t sneak in like a ninja. Why don’t you tell me what your response would be??? Would you have me stop the washers? I had already put my money in?? If you want last wash to be at 730 put signs up. That’s on you and YOUR establishment. Horrible customer service. Ignorant rude woman that worked there. I could have said much worse. I couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.

I've been going there since they reopened and they are very clean the employees there are very nice they are helpful and the price is good and I love the app because it gives you rewards and if you don't have enough on you you can use your awards to finish your laundry I recommend it to everybody if they need to do their laundry at the laundromat it is a great place

Everything inside the Spin It Laundromat is very clean ?; the floors, the folding stations, the machines (the machines, washers AND dryers, are all brand new too! They're also kept extremely clean and in tip~top shape at ALL TIMES). The washing machines AND dryers have tons of options, and the prices really aren't too bad at all, especially the dryers (about $1.75 for 40 minutes on medium heat, which is all you really need). The machines also handle all different sized loads; 30 lbs, 45 lbs, 60 lbs, 75 lbs, and even a few 100 lb machines! (100 lb washers only, I believe, not dryers). There's plenty of parking and no curbing/steps in front of the building, making it extremely easy to carry or wheel your laundry in and out. It's handicap accessible ♿️ and the front doors open automatically for you whether you're walking in or out. I believe there is a small children's area to keep your kids busy but nearby while you're doing your laundry. Also, I know many people have done their best to quit smoking those nasty ole cigarettes, but for those who haven't yet been able to quit (?♀️) there IS a bench out front, not near the door at all, where you can smoke in between loads. There are even 1 or 2 ashcans to put your butts out in, so there's no mess, no cigarette butts all over the ground. The staff is always very kind ☺️, and they're never sitting on their behinds doing nothing. They're always busy cleaning and washing people's dropped off orders. I think it's nice to see staff actually working, and remaining pleasant and helpful at the same time, and that's what you see at Spin It. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Spin It, and I doubt I ever will (hard to believe, as much as I really don't like doing laundry ?). Every other laundromat I've ever been to, I've always felt it was too dirty of a place to be cleaning your clothes... that is DEFINITELY not the case at Spin It. Spin It gets 2 thumbs up and 5 stars from this lady, hands down. ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

I have been to several different laundromats throughout Coventry, Warwick & West Warwick. I am so thrilled with Spin It, it's clean, they have plenty of machines & great staff. I have become a regular over the past year & will never go someplace else. The level of cleanliness is important to me & there is one woman, (Crystal) who is constantly cleaning. She is never sitting idle or chatting with friends. She's really good at her job. I highly recommend them.
