Waited for over half an hour for one of the two big washers to be free. Machines were already done with their cycle when I arrived. Attendante said that customer using machines would be right back and they are always good about it.
After waiting half an hour, I asked what the stores policy is on this, and she just said they don't touch anyone's stuff and that other machines were free. I wanted big machines because one load at $14 was appropriate instead of splittingy stuff up into 2 $10 machines. I said it was ridiculous that they let people hog machines like this and the place I used to go to would remove the clothes and charge a customer a fee. Attendante said I could go back to that place if I wanted. What incredibly bad customer service in both tone and allowing other inconsiderate customers to act that way. Very disappointed after 2 years of patronage.

This laundromat has to be one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in. The young lady that works there, “ Hailey”, which seems to work a lot she is always there when I wash, but is always super helpful and pleasant to do business with. Keep up the good work… love this laundromat

trash place, they touch your stuff and leave it in a not running dryer for an hour and say nothing about it. so paying for double to dryer time just to have my clothes smell because they sat wet. Id give a 0/5 if I could :)

My mother and I have been going to Spin It for a long time now and it's always been a pleasure, more recently because of the lovely lady that works there. Krystal has always been such a joy to talk with, filling our morning with fun and interesting stories that make our Thursdays more bearable. She's a hard worker, professional, and is always polite to anyone that walks through the door!

this laundromat is awesome. nice lady working there helped me carry out my laundry because my hands were full with the baby!! little kids area. only cost me $25 to wash and dry 3 large loads. I am very satisfied. It’s like someone had a dream of how the perfect laundromat would be and then made it happen!

High quality, quiet, and clean. They take cash and card, and also have a little area for the kids to chill out while you take care of your laundry. Theres a wash sink and tons of room for folding. Employees and owners are great here. Highly recommend this place.

I love coming to spin it everyone is so friendly and this place is a 100 % clean and the manger everyone loves her she is professional and friendly and if I don't see her car I wait until she comes in to wash my clothes ???❤️

This place is not sanitary at all someone was smoking crack in the bathroom and the police were not called and I’m also looking into the vending machines and there holes in the bag like mice got to the snacks

My white comforter and sheets came out nice and white out of the washer. When I dried them, the rust on the vent of the dryer turned them brown. They claimed it wasn’t the dryer because it doesn’t rust, but you can clearly see the rust LOL. I wouldn’t recommend risking your clothes at this laundry mat.

By far my favorite place. The staff is friendly and kind. Very helpful and give you a family feel. The prices are far with different ways to pay. Facility is clean warm and inviting. Been going here for 3 years never had any issues.
