Did not have a good experience here. Despite voicing my concern multiple times that my gel polish was not dry and being told it was, I had to return 2 hours later because the paint was wet underneath and peeling. I was also charged more than quoted over the phone for an acrylic fill.

I've been going here for over a year I was pretty happy with them up until now, there have been a few times they didn't look like the picture but still looked decent. This time around I gave him the picture he said he could do it but the colors were all wrong. I told him the color was wrong and he raised his voice and said it was too late. I'm not a confrontational person I have anxiety so I just said it's fine (even though I wanted to cry) and that's on me for leaving unhappy. I paid and tipped so I didn't want my money back or anything, but as a loyal customer who tips way over 20% every single time, I will be switching to a more professional and skilled establishment.
