Vikki the clerk is very rude and unprofessional! I've been going to the post office for over 40+ years and I've never been hassled as I have with her! She's not fit to work with the public and needs to retire!

There was only a couple people ahead of me, and she apologized for the wait(it was only a couple minutes). They are quick and are super friendly. I live in Coventry, and I prefer this post office over the Coventry one.

Terrible. Go anywhere else. They either steal mail and packages or simply are to incompetent to deliver properly. Don't ask any questions because they don't answer. Shameful service from USPS. It's safe to say whomever is running this office is lazy, stubborn and incompetent as well.

Looking for that authentic Post Office experience? Well, the West Warwick Post Office...Delivers! (Get it?) If there is a long line then you'll wait a long time. If there is a short line, you'll wait a little less... There is no sense of urgency or anything when it comes to getting a line of people out the door. Last time I was there one employee was working the counter, and two others were talking and casually walking around. If you'd expect one or both to momentarily stop and help with the line, it wouldn't be the post office!My favorite is listening in on a long conversation about "what's new" between the one staff member and the customer while a long line to forms. It's both maddening and hysterical. You could argue for the customer having the conversation it's good customer service though. My suggestion is give yourself 15 minutes for every 5 you'd think you'd need, and enjoy the classic Post Office Experience. Who knows? This might be a thing of the past soon. And if you liked this, I recommend your next stop be one of the fine DMVs found here in RI. So authentic. ??

One Stop Shoppy Very Busy LOCATION BUT THE STAFF RICHARD MARTA AND ETHAN ARE INCREDIBLY HELPFULL SO KIND AND POLITE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ANY AND ALL POSTAL NEEDS!!! EVEN IF ITS JUST LOCAL OR AROUND THE WORLD NO PROBLEM FOR THESE SKILLED EMPLOYEES*** FULL SERVICE LOCAL POST OFFICE SERVICED UP WITH GOOD OLD FASHIONED POLITE VALUES!!! TEN STARS ALL DAY LONG!!!
