My daughter has had her license for 2 weeks. The master cylinder went on her car as she was driving up past Bess Eaton. She tried to stop and couldn't and was able to pull into Antonios right through the intersection. She was EXTREMELY shaken and upset and called me. Then a older man came over from the garage and told her she cant park there! She was clearly shaken and she explained she had no brakes on the car and was calling her mom. As she was on the phone with me he was getting rude and MADE her get out of his parking lot and said she needed to move now!! she had to hang up with me because he was making her scared! I had kept telling her to just park it there and ask the man for help. Little did I know he had no interest in helping out a kid with no brakes in her car or the business to fix it. So now I have no contact with her, since she had to hang up her phone because of the mean man telling her she cant park in his lot and to move and get out! she has had her license for 2 weeks AND she has a magnet on her car thats says NEW DRIVER! I was going to head there to have it fixed and Pick her up. Instead she had to drive this car out of that parking lot through town trying to get out into traffic without any brakes on the car. They could have pulled the car off to safe to the side until I got there for here! But no, they knew she had no brakes. The pedal was to the floor. Here I was feeling safe she was at a garage. And they did not care she was broke down. They did not offer to help her in any way. They would have gotten my business! I would have left the car there. Rotten people!! Two mechanics.. neither cared about a clearly shaken up 17 yr old girl broken down AT A GARAGE !! They threw her off their property. Don't ever send your child there that's for sure and dont ever break down there. They will kick you out.

Antonino's did me and my wife a solid today. While heading to a dinner for our anniversary, we got a flat tire. Pulled up to Antonino's at 4 pm on a Thursday, and they quickly determined we needed to replace the tire. Although they didn't have the tire we needed, they quickly removed my tire and put the spare on, and refused to charge us. They also recommended a place we could go nearby for a replacement. Absolutely exemplary service and a fantastic, quality, friendly business. We sincerely appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thanks for saving us on our anniversary.

Evrytime I go to Antonino’s Auto Body in Westerly, I’m treated with such care and respect. They’re incredibly attentive, assertive, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. They get the job done right without charging an arm and a leg, which is hard to find these days. I always leave feeling confident in their work and grateful for their honesty. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fair, and top-notch service!

Only nice things to say! My car has been making a terrible sound no other mechanics were able to identify that started after getting serviced at a dealership. It's been bugging me forever and Antonino's fixed it within 24 hours. It was something just bent out of shape, not very straight forward but nonetheless quickly found!!! I am so grateful! I kept anticipating The Noise driving it afterwards and couldn't believe how much happier I drove with it gone ? Thanks, Antonino's!!! I really appreciate it!

Came here for a tire repair, they were the only ones open after 5 pm. They helped right away perform a serious patch! They even put the tire back on: $20! Great guys

I see some negative reviews here. I understand what they mean but this guys been doing this a very long time Yea he is grumpy for sure but I take my vehicles to him when it's something I can not do myself like inspection. I guess I have Dealt with him enough to know how to approach him. I don't have any issues with this place. Yes he is owner and he has one older mechanic doing the work. He is good at what he does. Prices are fair and he listens to me when I tell him what I think the problem maybe. But mostly use this place for inspections. so grumpy yes but have to include honest work and prices are fair. I never felt like I got bent over. You no what I mean.

Had 4, 14-in tires mounted and balanced on an average passenger car. $800 is what they charged me. Let that sink in for a moment... $800 for 4 $130 tires. They are crooks. Do yourself a favor and go to legitimate business.
