An associate working there blatantly sold me a phone with the understanding that I was getting a promotional value, only to find it was the incorrect phone that was not covered in the promotion. The only reason why I know of this mistake is because when my bill came out, I happened to inquire why I was paying a different price than what I was promised. I tried to get this rectified, but since too much time had gone by, I was no longer within the policy's time limit to return it. I'm still trying to get this situation fixed, but everyone I'm being sent to "doesn't have the authority to fix it." This has been an entirely stressful and frustrating ordeal, especially since the onus is completely on the store, and nobody is helping make things right. I've already called the loyalty retention line and was promised that there would be a solution within a week. A week has gone by with still no solution.

So much better service and quality of product than the Verizon store, which is literally RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Plus Verizon didn't live up to their end of an upgrade deal they offered back in June of 2022. As a result, after giving Verizon almost two (2) years to resolve and without resolution, I took my family plane ($450.00+ per month) to AT&T. So far, AT&T has lived up to their end of the deal.

Have an Apple Watch that I purchased for my daughter - it wasn’t hooks g up to cellular. The gentleman said he could do one thing (reset the e-sim) but if it didn’t work, I had to call ATT. I asked - isn’t this ATT? He said yes but I’d have to call customer service, he can’t do anything for me. I have had phone issues and have only had great customer service with ATT in store, I’ve never been told to call - they’ve always interacted with Customer Service for me and got it working. How lazy can this guy be that this is his solution? What a shame.

My fiancé and I had a great experience with Fred today at this location. We started a new family plan, and weren't sure if we should go with AT&T or Verizon. We found the best deal and service to be here at AT&T. Fred was friendly, helpful, and attentive to each customer in the store, as he was helping three at one time. I would absolutely recommend going here to any friend looking to switch.

Fredrick was great. My fiance and I didn't realize we got there 15 minutes before closing. Fred stayed 45 min after the fact and got us setup with our new equipment. We felt terrible. But awesome customer service! Give that man a raise!

Very friendly, fixed my renewal problem in less than 5 minutes where as online couldn’t seem to renew my account. On the phone for 2 1/2 hours Att couldn’t renew my account either.

They gave me a recycled number with my new phone. I get calls and texts several times a week from people thinking I am someone else. It's incessant and enough to drive anyone up a wall. The only bigger headache would be having to switch my number again, now that everyone I know has this one. Unreal

I had an incredible experience at the Westerly AT & T. Honestly I was dreading going in. A week before I purchased a new cell and wasn’t able to transfer data from my old cell to the new one. Nicholas took care of everything for me. He was respectful, explained everything he was doing, and wiped everything off my old phone. Nicholas was patient and answered all of my questions. My experience exceeded my expectations because of the time he took to care of everything. Thank you Nicholas! AT & T is lucky to have you.
