I'm regularly visiting Cumberland Farms in Westerly for the summer an I'm amazed by the efforts of their staff. Tori and Donna Lee are always there to make us a delicious pizza late at night when we finish our work, and they're always very nice to me. The ambience is satisfying and I have a feeling that we're always welcomed back.

The cashiers on second are always amazing and so handsome. This store would be nothing without them. I hope they stick around for many years to come

The bathroom could be cleaner. The staff is very friendly. They do have a variety of items, and you can gas.

Didn’t know I had to wear a rain coat to go get gas on a sunny day , why were they powering washing gas pumps and sidewalks while’s customers are getting gas and shopping inside the store . I was blocked in with cones at the pump then they power washed as I pumped my gas . I parked at the store front parking come out and find my recently washed car with dirt and debris from them power washing the sidewalk

Chose Cumberland Farms over Dunkin' Donuts and Honey Farms competitors today because I went in recently to the same store and purchased a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an english muffin and a large coffee, which was rung up as a breakfast special without my even asking for it by a woman who is frequently working in there (I assume her to be at least an assistant manager).Today, I grabbed a quick bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a large coffee, just like last time and got push back from a different clerk, who insisted that I could only get a sandwich with egg and cheese and no meat or a sandwich with meat and cheese on an English muffin for the breakfast special (incidentally none of these specified sandwiches were readily available in grag-and-go). I commented that I had been rung up in the past and looked right at the clerk who did so last time, yet she agreed with the clerk at the register, saying "That's the way we do things here."(Ownership may want to consider taking a hard look at their employee and customer service training standards and consistency).I got out to the car and found the sandwich to be inedible- the English muffin was so hard/rubbery from being microcooked and kept in the grab-and-go heater that it was difficult to even bite through and nearly impossible to eat.Cumberland Farms on Granite Street in Westerly, Rhode Island has lost me as a customer for good (tended to go in there at least 2 or 3 times a week but will never set foot in the story again nor will I buy gas there).I would recommend avoiding the breakfast sandwiches as they are highly substandard- thus the so-called "breakfast special" pricing.
