Chose Cumberland Farms over Dunkin' Donuts and Honey Farms competitors today because I went in recently to the same store and purchased a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on an english muffin and a large coffee, which was rung up as a breakfast special without my even asking for it by a woman who is frequently working in there (I assume her to be at least an assistant manager).Today, I grabbed a quick bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a large coffee, just like last time and got push back from a different clerk, who insisted that I could only get a sandwich with egg and cheese and no meat or a sandwich with meat and cheese on an English muffin for the breakfast special (incidentally none of these specified sandwiches were readily available in grag-and-go). I commented that I had been rung up in the past and looked right at the clerk who did so last time, yet she agreed with the clerk at the register, saying "That's the way we do things here."(Ownership may want to consider taking a hard look at their employee and customer service training standards and consistency).I got out to the car and found the sandwich to be inedible- the English muffin was so hard/rubbery from being microcooked and kept in the grab-and-go heater that it was difficult to even bite through and nearly impossible to eat.Cumberland Farms on Granite Street in Westerly, Rhode Island has lost me as a customer for good (tended to go in there at least 2 or 3 times a week but will never set foot in the story again nor will I buy gas there).I would recommend avoiding the breakfast sandwiches as they are highly substandard- thus the so-called "breakfast special" pricing.

Stopped in for a quick bite while traveling. While the 2 ladies working the registers were friendly and accommodating, the lady working food was very nasty and rude. As my 2 year old has allergies I asked her if she could use a freshly washed cooking tray for his food and she snapped at me with an attitude. Very uncalled for.

I love the night crew! They know exactly what to make as soon as I walk through that door! Tori, Angela and DonnaLee are all such great personalities for working in a retail type environment. Love these ladies! They deserve a raise for what other customers put them through!

Price of gas keeps going up but it's not their fault. On the positive side, their loyalty card gets you ten cents off per gallon. Then once in a while they email you a coupon for a free soda, chips or candy bar. The clerk are always very nice.

I suggest the manager at 69 Friendship st Westerly RI ask their employees why they are not enforcing the Rhode Island mandated mask law? I am not going into that store any more due to this. I lost count how many times I have seen customers in there with no masks on and not a word said to them by management. I go to this store a lot, but cannot risk getting exposed to COVID here!

I was at the store 8/3/20 at 7pm. The employee behind the counter was incredibly rude. She yelled at a customer who was trying to get a coffee and was looking for a lid. They are behind the counter and I guess this guy didn't know the process. She yelled and scolded him in front of other customers. It was so unnecessary. I was embarrassed for this guy. He through his cup of coffee out and left. Another customer in front of me told her that her behavior was unprofessional. I did not say anything but in Retrospect, I wish I had. It was my first time at this Cumberland farm, it will certainly be my last.

Under normal circumstances, this is your average Cumberland Farms. Some visits are pleasant and others are dreadful. During the pandemic, however, this location has lost my business permanently. The store has posted signs explaining the state's restrictions. Yet every time I've been to the store during the pandemic one or more of these restrictions was not being enforced. If you're concerned about your health, avoid this store.

They steal your lottery winnings by scanning a bunk ticket they keep next to the register . Lesley is rude as all get out. Threw a bag at my daughter. I go to Mobil now.

Smart pay works well here. Sometimes it gets very busy & finding an available pump is difficult.
