The lady asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted when I had clearly told her from the beginning all my sandwiches to be toasted. She refused to toast them. I guess it was too early in the morning for her and was lazy to even work. Too busy talking to her coworker 6:25am 4/19/2024

I ordered two frozen coffees through the app. I get to the store and after waiting in line I’m told they can’t make them and can’t offer a refund? How is that even possible? Then I was told to go to another Dunkin and basically figure it out on my own with two drink stickers so that other Dunkin could make my drinks??? Thanks Dunkin I’ll never be back. Also can I be paid for the gas I wasted?

On November 25, 2023 while traveling home from Thanksgiving, we stopped at Dunkin Donuts at 224 Post Road in Westerly Rhode Island. I did't realize until we were back on the road and traveling that they charged my 4 TIMES what they were supposed to as I just used my app to pay. On November 29, 2023, I emailed them a copy of my receipt to show them what they did and I got a response saying "We will alert the franchisee and/or our field operations team immediately to let them know what happened, and we have requested that they follow up with you directly regarding this issue. Please allow two business days for the franchisee or store representative to reach out and address the situation. If you do not receive a follow-up after two business days, please reply to this email to let us know.". A week later, nothing. I let them know I didn't hear back and no response from them. On December 14, 2023, I called, they looked up my case number, put me on hold, "spoke to a supervisor" and ASSURED me, the money would be back in my account in a couple of days. A week later, nothing. On December 20, 2023, I contacted customer service again through email with my case number and once again, nothing. This is truly the worst customer service I have ever received. I will no longer by going to Dunkin. There are plenty of other coffee places to visit with good customer service and response.

Anyone who tells you anything good is lying. Food is always cold, orders are wrong MAJORITY of the time, staff has the collective IQ of a bag of pop rocks. Really just a terrible place. Honey Dew, Bess Eaton, Starbucks all wayyy more worth your time and money.

After the service this morning at 5:50am I can't wait till Starbucks opens. Female staff was rude after I pointed out that my coffee was made wrong, no biggie until the demeanor change. Was afraid to ask for a new one, so I didn't. If you don't enjoy mornings or doing your job, maybe find something else for work?! Don't make everyone else around you miserable.

i had the absolute rudest most awful girl wait in me today - or didn’t wait on me i should say. she was too busy texting on her cell phone to do her job - refused to take my order on the drive through speaker , refused to wait on me at the window refused to take my payment and then refused to give me my order. stood there with her arms crossed making up lies because i caught her on her phone ….she needs to be fired and never work in customer service ! i never got a receipt and she didn’t even give me what i ordered anyway

This Dunkin was not clean. when I got my coffees the lids were dirty. one even had a hair on it. on top of that all the drinks were terrible. the coffees (that we put into different cups) were somehow weak and bad and the refresher tasted like mildly flavored water.

It's a great atmosphere to work in & everyone is nice and I always ordered my drinks from here and still do Kid-friendliness: Always friendly to everyone, no matter what!Parking: There is usually plenty of parking, a little harder in the summer (and to get in and out of) but 3/4 of the seasons is more easier and it isn't typically annoying in my opinion with parking or getting in/out as a person who hates traffic, lol!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is a ramp and you can get in pretty easilyDietary restrictions: If you just tell them I'm sure they can tell you what options you have!

This Dunkin is typically fairly busy, but the staff is quick, they're on point, and always super nice. I'm not sure why I bother at the other Dunkin's nearby, because I usually have to swing by this Dunkin for a remake as I head to work.

I've been to Dunkin' a few times, the food and drinks are always well made and taste delicious. Not time consuming at all, its a nice place to go to eat with friends or just to get something fast and to go. I definitely recommend if you love coffee. The watermelon refresher is my personal favorite.

Today I stopped at this DD location and was very surprised to notice two men who were openly listening to or watching something that they clearly were enjoying; however, it was loud and disruptive to anyone else who was there. The girl who waited on me admitted (when I asked her about it) that this was pretty much a daily occurrence that was hard to handle, but something she was powerless to do anything about! I would not have stayed even if I had intended to. Rude behavior such as this should not be tolerated in any public gathering place. Most establishments ask that people not talk on their cell phones in such places, so it begs the question as to why DD has not given their employees the liberty to handle this kind of situation so that others can enjoy being there. I would never plan to meet someone there for coffee knowing this is allowed! Let me say that I have enjoyed Dunkin Donuts for a very long time. Back when they actually had the old fashioned “Dunkin” Donuts! Our whole family loves DD and visit frequently in many different locations! We even now have grandchildren working at a few of them! I sincerely hope this situation will be addressed so that others can enjoy their visits to this particular location!
