Enterprise in westerly is horrible! Between corporate and this place with no cars. The website to book a car shows a bunch of cars and think god I decided to call after I book a car to find out they’re nothing on there lot. This happen multiple time to me it unprofessional!

Excellent service. All people were helpful and at Logan airport we were dealt with very quickly. Even had an upgrade to Dodge Charger- very good acceleration

They told me my card was declined, I called my bank at the store that said the charges went through. So the employee said he would “void the sale” and maybe we could try again. This was on a Monday and my plans were to go to visit my father in Florida who had just been crushed by a crane. Instead I was left stranded 30 miles from home and out almost $900. The charges took a full week to clear (so I couldnt go to another rental company) and I lost all my money on my Airbnb. And the whole time while asking on the phones for someone who could help me I was continually forwarded to another person or help line until after hours of being on the phone I ended up forwarded back to the same location I started at with no answers. No one ever got back to me. They literally held my money for a full work week and gave me nothing back in compensation. Never had an issue like this with them before or any other car rental. Don’t chose enterprise

Car that I rented was ok, some coffee all over the windshield, but , minor inconvienience .The car smelled like ciggaretts when I got in badd. After I Brought back with same amount fuel, the computer said I was getting 60$ of my 100$ deposit back.. I was not impressed. After talking with cole and his manager they gave full deposit back and a free upgrade . If I was renting the car I wouldnt at 98$ a day. Lets bring it back a bit. Thanks !!

Anthony and the rest of the staff try their hardest to meet your needs daily. I feel taken care of here and at every branch. They will let you drop cars off at different branches as long as it is in the same zone! If you're unsure just call and press "*" to go straight to the local branch you found on Google and they will help. Their communication is priceless. I don't rent from anywhere else.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The employees are the only good thing about this company, whatever they’re being paid isn’t enough. But Enterprise is truly a horrible company.First of all, maybe remove closed locations from Google? Why are you able to make reservations at closed locations? If you call you’ll be put on hold and then hung up on. And the wait time is so unnecessary, Enterprise you can absolutely afford to hire more than one worker at a time? Terrible practices. Incompetence all around.
