harry is the best. always takes care of me when I need any kind of phone/Ipad/apple watch help. he’s patient and knowledgeable. definitely recommend seeing him if you need an upgrade or anything for your devices

I found that the staff was much more helpful then any other store I've been too. Harry the manager has helped me with problems and answered questions even while not on the clock or at the store. Joe also helped me get new phones and saved me money on my bill. great experience.

Absolutely loved Joe! He helped me transfer my 50,000 photos onto my new phone including the rest of the data, he’s super friendly and will help answer any questions that you need answered! The transition was smooth and I love my new phone!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The service I received from both Amanda and the managing partner, Patrick was nothing short of phenomenal! I was a very unique case, considering my number I've had for the last 17 years, was unfortunately not portable. I was quite depressed about that, however the staff did everything imaginable to save it. Please note; they will always have my business and more importantly, created a customer for life.

I had no idea that this was the name of the store. To me this was the ATT wireless store in Westerly. In anycase. I have an Iphone. I didn't buy it here. I broke something months ago and having no idea what to do came here to ask. The guys behind the counter were super nice and super friendly (which feels good when you're not some young blonde type) and directed me on all my different options on solving the problem. I expected some kind of " hey while you're here, wanna look at cases?" sales pitch but these guys intuitively knew what I was there for and seemed pleased that they could help. Then yesterday I went in again. This time I was convinced that a ATT tower must have gone down in the area or something because I had 5 bars everywhere down to a No Service message for days. I went in and asked 'Hey is there a tower down or something? Cause my phone isn't getting service.' I turned the phone to show him and he told me it should be alright since he hadn't heard of anything liked that. He indicated to give him my phone and I did and before he could say "It should be fine in a few minutes..." He had taken the back off, did something, and I was getting alerts to missed voicemails and texts like crazy. Free of charge. I left feeling really happy and satisfied and realized I STILL haven't bought anything from these guys! Somebody should!
