They got me in real quick. Kent fixed a bad acrylic set and they look amazing. Kent took his time and Lily was sweet as hell. Will be a repeat customer.

I gave this place many chances because I love how Emily does nails. My first experience was terrible but the owner corrected the problem. The second experience wasn't much better. The third experience was pretty good so I went back about 4 more times. A few weeks ago, I went to get a pedicure and specifically asked for Emily. She put her apron on like she was going to sit down to do it but her Aunt the owner sat down instead and said Emily had an appointment and needed to eat breakfast. I noticed she was sweeping the floor and nobody had walked in so I asked where her appt was... The owner jumped in and said, "in this place, we take turns" - "don't you think you make me feel sad when you always ask for Emily to do your nails" - I kid you not. I'm a paying customer and have every right to choose who does my nails. She said, "you make it seem like you don't like how I do your nails" - I don't that's why I choose Emily. Then says Emily will do my nails. I sit in the chair and her nephew sits down. I'm like why do they keep telling me Emily is going to do everything then other people step in.. I left really upset because I was being lied to. I went back one more time and Emily was able to do them but it was the last time because the kept breaking. Almost as if they purposely missed steps so I would go back which I did and she actually charged me to fix them!! I was just in there two days prior. I will never go back there. It sucks because Emily pays for it because her Aunt is a control freak. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

well i would never come here after this expierence. they take you in & it seems like they're going to be giving you their full attention, like i came in for a pedicure. i've been here for half an hour with the water in the thing getting cold still waiting to be waited on. this is absolutely ridiculous they just lost their tip. i hate this place. don't waste your money here

Went here thinking a great day to get a pedicure and was so happy to see I was the only one there so now me thinking that time will actually be taken on my feet just to feel like the pedicure had barely started and someone walks in and the lady jumps right up dry my feet and off to the next customer. Felt like a complete rip off and now here's me paying full price and tipping for what reason I have no idea. To top it off couple short weeks after I now have a hang nail cutting into my big toe!!!! Wow what a life mistake walking into this place. Save your money and your toes and run somewhere other than here. #whytipsometimes???

Been getting pedis for years here and I love it, they could use a little more staff and some newer nail polish. Other than that love coming here the inside of the shop is beautiful and so relaxing

Lynn the other ppl that work there are very nice.but the last two visits my nails haven't been done wel.i had to go back after 1 day n get them fixed!.even after going back my polish started coming off yet again .I ĺove Lynn .she's a kind ñ caring person. But I'm not going to use this place for a bit .it was a waste of my time and money.

Terrible. I went in August 2019 and the damage was so bad to my big toenail that I have not gone for a pedicure until Feb. 2021...It also took two hours of sitting there.Service: Pedicures

I went there for the first time in quite a while and was pleased to see that there is new ownership. The entire inside looks so much better and the selection of nail polish has quadrupled in size. The woman who owns it now is very friendly and understanding and made me feel as comfortable as possible while my 15 month old was having a complete meltdown. She did a great job on my nails especially considering the circumstances she was under. I would recommend going here to any of my family or friends. One complaint I do have is that one of my nails broke a day after I got them done and since I have a baby I am constantly doing stuff that needs to be done so I do wish it didn't break so easily but considering the way I was treated when I went I would definitely go back
