Terrible!!! Rude and inefficient!! Had a pedicure and she never trimmed the nails. Gel polish was off in a week. Absolute dump and I would never recommend this place. Caused me to have have the worst ingrown toe nail that had to be tended to surgically. Asked her numerous times to cut my nails. Ciz I was tuned out from the air pods . I wouldn't go back there if it was FREE!!! DUMP!

I went there because I had a gift certificate, and I have never felt so uncomfortable. I tend to pick my cuticles and she told me that she had to take pictures of them before she could do my nails OK fine whatever then as she’s doing my nails, she puts in her AirPods and makes numerous phone calls screaming in their language, talking the entire time I just never felt so uncomfortable and definitely was not relaxing. Would not recommend. Will not go back!

Well I’ve been there three times in 3 weeks. For 60 they don’t do a manicure with acrylics . Asked for acrylic I got gel, crooked tips and no product. Last time

First time visiting this place and the worker was so rude to me ! I came earlier than my appointment was made and they said no we can’t take you come on time ! We was around shopping and came on time ! And they was working with some others girls and I waited patiently for 20 minutes ! And asked them if I can sit in the massage chair ? the worker was so mad and rude to me like I was trash ? she said wait a minute and the other worker will come and add water in there ??? never saw service like that ! ?

Service is Great there is always room for training but they make you feel welcome and reasonable wait time. I didn't understood why 3 people had to finish mani and pedi. Some forgot simple nail gloss, lotion and cuticle oil a bit over priced because of that but I would go again if I was around. Maria
