Been going to Midas for the last 20 years would definitely recommend them to all my friends, Rachel and Ed and all the coworkers are the best and treat you like family when you come in The prices are fair and the work is excellent. They definitely know what they’re doing and treat your vehicle with respect.

I started going to Midas at the recommendation of a friend approximately 2 years ago. They are great. They honor the time of your appointment and I have been in and out. Very friendly staff and ease of making appointments. I highly recommend Midas in Westerly.

I brought my car to Midas unexpectedly for an urgent repair. Despite being a Saturday, they were able to accommodate me & service my car quickly. My technician, Ed, was extremely helpful and re-assuring. He and other staff exceeded my expectations & resolved this unexpected/frightening experience easily.

Rachel and crew are amazing. One of our cars started smoking nearby so we pulled in. They ran some tests and even contacted a mechanic that was more in tune with our vehicle to see what was wrong. Unfortunately the repairs are too much for what the car is worth, but this location let us keep our car there for two days while we car shopped and scheduled a tow. I have never been to a more professional service shop, thank you!

Have been using this facility for a few years. Quality of work and feedback from the technicians has always been great. Never an upsell. The check in process is easy and I've always been greeted by a friendly face and great attitude. Will continue to use this site.

I really like the Midas of Westerly. Mark has always been great now it’s usually Ed who I talk to. He is the absolute best. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He always goes the extra mile. They stand behind their work. Cassandra and Rachel at the front desk are also really friendly and knowledgeable . Prices are very fair. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed

Service is always top notch. My only complaint is the girl at the desk, reddish pink hair. Looks like she rolled out of bed. Hair all matted. Very sloppy looking. This is who represents your company. There should be standards on employees dress code etc. I asked her a few questions and it was an effort for her to answer them. I believe her name was Rhonda or Rachel
