Amanda, the PA who saw me was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond checking on me days after I fell ill and saw her. I highly recommend this branch of minute clinics and this particular health care provider, if you are able to choose!

I was not happy with the website because there is no way to give more information prior to the visit and correct misinformation. For example, I was listed as needing a flu shot, which I had received previously at a school.community clinic. HOWEVER, when I went to the Franklin Street Minute clinic, my clinician was very thorough and listened to my symptoms as well as as a thorough exam.I am feeling so much better from.my sinus infection bronchitis and I will go again in a heartbeat..

First I have to say that my expectations for the minute clinic weren’t high but I’d been stung by bald faced hornets and had a really bad reaction: hives, massive swelling and terrible itching. I was so uncomfortable I thought medical advice was warranted. I was able to get a convenient appointment so I went with the minute clinic and wow, am I glad I did.I saw Mary Madsen, PA. She was wonderful! Patient, really thorough and clearly experienced.I left with prednisone and an epipen.I tend to only post reviews on the really positive or exceptionally negative side. Good service is, for me, an expectation. I don’t review businesses that are doing what they’re supposed to: 3 stars isn’t worth the effort. In this case, the service was exceptional so 5 stars plus!

Not a walk in. You have to make appointment. And there are no real humans to talk to which makes it all the more confusing

Called to see about getting a strep test. Took so long to get through the phone prompts only to have the person at the pharmacy tell me they don't do strep tests.... when their website says they do..... ?

The nurse practitioner was obviouslypreviously flustered with her dutiesas she was training a new employee. She asked no questions concerningtick bites and left the room and me with the “newbee” who was also seemingly a wreck not knowing whatto do…… I inquired about antibioticsand was told to go elsewhere. I wentthe next day to the CVS in an adjacenttown and received treatment / script

Very poor "bedside"manner fromthe clinicians. With two tick bites never viewed and told to go somewhere elsefor antibiotics I should have as I was billed and sent away with two pills. The next day upon visiting the CVSclinic in an adjacent town Wakefield I was treated with questions aboutwhen this happened what symptomswe're occurring if it was affecting mecognitively and was thoroughly schooled on a three week subscription of doxycycline; avoid dairy when takingthe medicine and stay out of the sunand take a probiotic and or yogurtwith the script.

I brought my boyfriend in for flu-like symptoms including swollen lymph nodes and vomiting. The lady seemed to dismiss my boyfriend when being told that certain medications were not working and that he was feeling worse. We left with just cough medicine and an inhaler and even though she said that his chest was clear. His lymph nodes are so swollen he doesn't want to eat and he still can't breathe out of his nose. I called them to talk to someone about his worsening symptoms and have been on hold for 15 minutes. Will not come here.

Amazing experience! This was my first time ever going to a CVS MinuteClinic. I was vacationing from out of state and felt an ear infection coming on (which could’ve ruined my week). I checked in early afternoon on a Saturday, and I was literally seen within a minute! The Nurse Practitioner, Liz, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I got my antibiotics and bought a probiotic within minutes of finishing my visit. Four days later, and I’m feeling so much better already. I highly recommend this MinuteClinic and I’ll definitely be back if I ever need to use it again. ?

I brought my daughter for a school physical Sunday morning. Rachel Pawlenko, NP was amazing!!! She was so friendly and kind. I was nervous to go there because you never know what kind of person you're going to get. But she was fabulous with my daughter! Highly recommend this minute clinic!
