Cam and Val so pretty much my mom just started working out.These two went ab9ve and beyond to help her teach her and be there when a 70 year old woman needed them.M3ant a lot to me and to Mt familly thank u cam and Val u two are the best.Id give wm ten stars if I could!!

WAY better than Westerly Fitness. This is the best gym in town by far.

Good-New Y, very clean, nice people, new equipment, double basketball court, nice people Bad-sauna isn't hot and had brown water around the drain
