“What an amazing customer service experience! I was greeted as I entered the parking with a very friendly smile and warm welcome. I was having AC issues. The Assistant Manager Charles asked me to pull to the station in the back of the building where he checked my levels. He described the process, estimated time frame and cost. Charles was very outgoing, knowledgeable and professional! Kudos! Excellent customer service!”
