I own a European vehicle and confess that I was skeptical about bringing it to a smaller shop like Pat’s, especially since I have always serviced it at the dealer. But I have found Pat’s technicians and staff to be knowledgeable, customer friendly, responsive, and to provide excellent service. They also make things right if you are unhappy. So far, after a few visits, we have nothing but good things to say. 5 stars. Thanks Pat and team!

On June 30th, my wife and I were to join some friends at the beach at Misquamicut. When we arrived at the Andrea, we had a piece of metal in our tire and it was leaking fast. The retail chains in the area couldn’t help at all without destroying our beach day with estimated waits for hours. We found Pat’s, And they were able to help us right away. Now this may be just another typical day for the staff at Pat’s, But for us, it made all the difference and saved the day. We are truly grateful! Thank you for taking us right in and getting that tire plugged for us, so we could salvage our afternoon at the beach!

We brought our vehicle in and was told it needed a part. We told them to go ahead and put it in. Well afterwards we get it home and next day it wouldn't even start so we were told to bring it back and get told this insane excuse as to why which had nothing to do with it at all. In the end we bring it to the dealership and get told that the new part Pats said they put in didn't look new at all, but Pats charged $700 for a so called said new part! Well since we were charged $700 and told a new part was put in and dealership said he didn't see any new part we're done getting ANYTHING DONE at Pats Auto. One for charging $700 and two for putting in an old part probably from junk yard!
A friend of mine told me she also had issues after having her car worked on so she no longer goes there.

My father brings his vehicles here for repairs and I trusted they're good people, they do great work, I'm beyond satisfied with my experience, I had a decent amount of work done on my Taurus SHO all wheel drive, and today on the way to work it felt like it did the day I bought it. Highly Recommend Pat's. Thanks!!!!!!

Very unprofessional I’ve been waiting for a call back from Bob for 5-6 days and haven’t received a call back to find out they aren’t accepting anybody cars for 2-4 weeks

We've been to a Pat's a few times for various emergencies and routine checks, from when my wife's catalytic converter got stolen, to the muffler falling off my Civic, to needing oil changes and replacement batteries. The folks at Pat's are always quick to respond, kind, honest, and empathetic. We adore them and can't recommend them enough.

I don't recommend them at all they said that they changed my oil and seeing the sticker that showed that it was never changed and was charged for it. At least admit fault. Did not like it's nothing. Terrible
