Not me personally, but a friend of mine went there to get a atv Tire mounted and to get the bead of the old one off and said when he dropped it off, they were being rude, went back to pick up the tire, but the tire was not mounted. The old bead was not even off of it, and a hole was left in the rim would not suggest doing business with these hooligans.

Cut a hole in my rim and the owner is very rude definitely not doing business there again

I choose Redstone Tires in Westerly, RI because I’m never disappointed when I go there. My very first experience with Carl goes way back to the 90’s when my car broke down in Wakefield. I called Carl to let him know I needed help. He did not have a towing service, and I did not have Triple AAA Service at the time. He did something very generous, and telling me to sit tight, called Triple AAA under his own account and had them pick up my car and bring to Redstone. I will never forget Carl’s generosity and concern for our wellbeing, and continue to get my tires and services from him to this day. You can trust them to get the job done right at a competitive price.

Got a flat tire on the way to Westerly and stopped here to have it checked. We thought we’d need to replace all four tires, but they were able to patch the hole instead. Fast, friendly, and affordable service—highly recommend!

After being referred to Red Stone and confirming that they did do tire repair plugs, they were able to look at my car right away. They determined that the nail in the tire did not penetrate the rubber far enough to be a hazard, removed the nail and I was on my way. They were professional, courteous and helpful. Definitely a blessing before a long trip!
