Finding a new stylist in a new town is always problematic and I went thru more than a few bad haircuts before finally finding a diamond. Rachel is AMAZING and the only regret I have is not finding Salon 240 sooner!

well i went there at first for a cut it was done well but not what i really wanted but it was acceptible went back a week later and for full highlights was told 145.oo shoulder length hair showed pics of how i would like highlights and didnt get what i wanted she put a toner in witch i didnt ask for and she didnt even ask me if thats what i wanted I told her i was on budget t turns out $30.oo more on top of 145.00 u need to pay cash or u charged 3.9% more useing credit card or debit card 3.9 % more!! i came with cash for 145.oo charge for highlights and tip then she adds on 30.00 i didnt have that much cash on me and im glad i didnt because after i got home the highlights were duller then what i asked for and too much brown hair coming through im 67 yrs old on a budget well So SORRY Laura but i wont be back and another thing even though she was polite she didnt talk to me unless i spoke to her made me alittle uncomfortiabe never went to a salon where the hair dresser didnt talk to u about whatever and was more friendly They have high ratings thats why i went there SOrry not for me and when rinseing my hair my back got a bath A first1 So i wish u luck L.

So I walk in and the receptionist barely acknowledges me and that shouldâve been my queue to leave. However itâs hard trying to find a stylist and I donât want to drive an hour to Providence each time since I recently moved here to Westerly and would love to support someone local. I ask the receptionist if I could speak with a stylist so they could let me know if they felt comfortable working with hair type and texture since I am AA and understand that not all stylists have the most experience with my type of hair. She was completely dismissive and her tone was very âcould not be botheredâ. She didnât ask anyone if they could come see me, she literally handed me a card and actually turned back to what she was doing. No farewell, no instruction. Just brushed me off. I stood there confused and walked out but came back so I could give her back the card bc if thatâs how they treat potential customers, I would NEVER spend my money here. At the very least she couldâve just said âhonestly I donât think youâd be a good fit hereâ and I wouldâve respected that and left but I felt disrespected and dismissed. I wonât recommend them to anyone.

I have been seeing the same stylist for the last couple of years, however this spring my husband and I began traveling full time. With Covid, I decided not to push getting my hair done, and waited about 6 months before looking for a place to go. We are from Wisconsin, and being in Rhode Island, I had no one to go to for recommendations, and choose Salon 240. Not only did they do a WONDERFUL job on my very heavy highlights, I am happier with my hair than usual. I was very pleasantly surprised, and the price was barely more than I am used to paying, which I know I get a deal on. I would definitely recommend their services, and would return without question if I was going to be in the area long enough!

ladies ladies ladies ladies I am from Florida if you live in Rhode Island or visiting Rhode Island you have to go to Salon 240 in Westerly Rhode Island what can I tell you about this incredible hair salon let me start by telling you I'm very picky with my hair and my hair stylist I had the hardest time finding a salon that would use all nutrition professional cream hair color but I did and now that I live here in Wickford Rhode Island ladies it was worth the trip to get this hair treatment done at this awesome incredible wonderful hospitality with a very professional outstanding hair stylist Patty there is not enough words to Express the most beautiful gorgeous artwork that Patty did to my hair and ladies when I got there my hair was horrible I'm statically happy to stay that I have two wonderful hair stylist Jessica in Hialeah Florida and Patty in westerly Rhode Island my new home state
