BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!! I have never met a more unprofessional, and sleazy realtor in my search for a house.
Long story short, my husband and I looked at a house during an open house. The sellers family are family friends of ours and have been for many years. They lived adjacent to the property. We visited with them to say hello and really fell in love with the property. One of the owners was there too and we said how much we loved the property and we were going to put an offer in on the house. The owner gave us their number and said if we have any questions in the meantime to reach out to them.
We then left the open house, contacted our lender and got our offer set up for the next day. We asked our realtor to reach out to set up a second showing to see the house again as we submit an offer. During the open house, one of the realtors followed us around the house (more than other people), which is another reason why we requested a second showing. Plus, it's hard to see a house where a lot of people are walking around.
My realtor had informed me that the listing realtors left my realtor a message, saying that "we were trying to cut the agents out of the deal and we made the owners uncomfortable." And they denied a second showing. I reached out to the family and at no point was this said. The listing agent then reached back out to my realtor and asked if we wanted to schedule a second showing, our realtor responded. He checked with us and we scheduled a second showing. They DECLINED the second showing, AFTER asking us 10 minutes before if we wanted to see the house and declined us making an offer. They said "nope the homeowners already accepted an offer at 3pm." (We wanted a second showing at 530.)
The Schilke Team, more like the sleazy Team. (S$¡t Realty Group) I can only hope someone reads this and I can help people understand who they are working with and see that they are untruthful.

I just sold my family home with Schilke Realty. I chose them for their knowledge, honesty and experience. I left a message after hours and Nick called me right away to set up an appointment to visit my property. He came by on a Saturday and by Wednesday the property was listed. He did his first showing which was only and hour and I had multiple offers. From start to finish I was able to sell my property in 3 weeks!! I highly recommend Nick for your next home purchase or sale. Thank you again!!!

I’ve been living at my new house for 7 months and still haven’t received the signed lease agreement even after reaching out for months.I was not informed of any bi-laws or rules. Everything was far more difficult than needed to be. Stay away from this business.
