Tried faxing 12 pages….first 2 fax machines didn’t work so we have to use the front desk. We get the fax receipt and it’s not clear if the fax was successful. $30 for the fax…$2.10 per page!!! Highway robbery. I call the manager and he was useless, insisting pricing was posted but the employee before said it wasn’t.The worst store.

Can't believe I got my money back in the 25 years of shopping and knowing difficulty of getting your money back at Staples, after two weeks post electronic purchase. New to me,in a good way!

This place is the absolute worst. I will take my business to Office Max. I spend so much at staples and with horrible cashiers (Lucas)who can’t count back change, never give you your rewards, let alone a receipt and just all around zero people skills and management is just as bad.Today was my last straw with this Westerly store. Hope corporate reads this since they Purposely don’t give you a receipt for this reason!

Came in looking for a safe but don't carry in store. So started to browse. Was asked twice if needed help. Lots of stuff to choose from and love looking at the clearance section. Usually find something to stock up on in that section. Very much stocked and clean. Great customer service. No complaints

I was having a challenging time resizing prints at the self-serve area of the copy center. Three women, Zimra, Cheryl, and Kendra were exceptionally helpful to me. Without them I wouldn't have gotten the job done. I was grateful.

Got refused service (rudely) for not wearing a mask because I have a serious medical condition that I was born with and have no control over. Its worsened using the mask as a healthcare worker where I ended up in the hospital. They were still saying disrespectful things as I left as well. Will be contacting the ADA and filling suit!

Worst customer service I was trying to send a ups package and after waiting 5 mins for someone to come to the counter. They couldn't scan my phone to print a label and refuse to help me to figure it out.

Rude, I went to print get letters printed, I wanted to use cotton paper that I bought from staples and normally it is really easy. You just ask them to load the paper and print from the code. This time however the lady that was running the print section had a real attitude problem. Everything was a problem, from using the paper to the print me code. She took forever to print, combative off the bat and I think she over charged me. The printer also ate 2 sheets, which is fine but then she charged for using regular a paper. This is the last time I go to staples to print something.

When I bought my laptop here less than a year ago the salesman installed my printer for me. He said, "if you have any problems at all bring it back and I'll help you out. Suddenly my laptop could not locate my printer, (same printer Staples installed) so I took it in to back. They told me flat out they cannot fix it. They didn't even look at it. They said its too old. When I bought the unit the sales tech said, "you will get 4 good years out of this laptop. Now they're telling me it's too old. I have bought my devices here and so has my husband and children for years. We are all done with Staples.
