This is in my bottom 2 worst manicures of my life. I went with a friend who had the exact same experience. My nails lasted 3 days. I asked to cut two nails to match the others in length and they ended up shorter. The technician was super rough and filed all over the nail to the point that the nail broke immediately after removing polish along an intense file line. The polish didn’t go to the sides of my nail on hands or feet. My friend’s polish was so gloppy that after sitting under the dryer for a sufficient amount of time, the polish waved like the ocean. The place is extremely dusty and full of boxes and I wish I asked them to wipe down the manicure table as it appeared unsanitary.

literally filed down my fingers and they started bleeding. they filed my nail into my skin so when it grows out it's not gonna do it right. i asked for a design and showed them a picture that they looked at 3 times and still got it wrong. the nails are super thin and chunky. i asked them to keep it how it was cuz they didn't do the design right. then they convinced me to add silver and didn't put it where i asked.

I have been going here for years during the summer time. Today, I got there at 9am because that is the time is says on the website. They open at 9:30... they opened a little early and I did not have an appointment. They said to wait until 9:30 and I should be set. At 9:40 the guy basically yelled at me saying they had no time and to come back much later. I had been there for 40 minutes already. I do not need to be yelled at and please do not tell me you can take me when you can't. It was a waste of my time. So I drove right over to Lily Spa down the street and even though there were many people, they HAPPILY took me right away!! I will never go back to Sunshine Nails. Horrible.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to have a color change on my fingers and the lady had to e-file the existing dip powder off my nails. Not once, not twice, but 3 TIMES she filed so hard on my nail surface that it burned my skin underneath. She HURT me. Very painful, and will not be returning.Service: Manicure

First time customer and won’t be giving it a second chance (unfortunately). I couldn’t tell if the nail artist was new or just in a rush. Either way my nails look like a rush-job. The amount of excess dip/polish under my nails is gross and sloppy. Every time the nails were dipped a puff of powder went up in the air; the powder was also spilled all over the table at one point. The nail artist proceeded to put on the fan because the dust (in the air) was so noticeable. Overall the facility didn’t look dirty but the boxes and random items all along the wall looked unprofessional. I do hope this experience was a one-off but I won’t be returning for a $45 nail job that I wasn’t impressed with.Service: Dip powder

Went to 2 salons as a walk in. No one would take me for a full set. I called Sunshine and he said yes to come now. I was helped right away and Amy was amazing, I haven't had acrylic nails in 20+ years and they exceed my expectations! Thank you I will be back!Service: Acrylic nails

Louis and Tony are so good. Every time I have gotten my nails done, it’s exactly what I want and looks so natural!! I come in every 3 weeks for a fill and gel and I’m never there more than an hour. Love this place!!!!Services: Gel manicures

I just wanted a regular manicure with a simple design on one nail and the design came out looking so awful. I had to pay extra for something I could have done much better on my own. Will not be going back. Should have just stuck to my regular spot: Rainbow Nails.

Not a regular here and was greeted by a very gruff & borderline rude receptionist. Technician arrived a few minutes late and then received the worst pedicure ever at a price equivalent to an upscale spa. Not a fan—will never go back and am now trying to get the polish off my skin around the nails.Service: Pedicure
