My girlfriend and I had the privilege of being served by the assistant manager, Donald last night. He was the only person on staff and he did a great job dealing with each customer and tending to their needs. Anybody that leaves anything less than a 5 star review and has any type of complaint, it's only because they felt entitled to be served before everybody else, they had no patience, and they're not understanding of current staffing issues due to a new store that needs help getting on their feet. I highly recommend getting served here

This crew worked hard to make sure my switch from Verizon to T-Mobile went as smooth as possible. The process took a while because I had a lot of numbers to bring over and phones to set up, but they got it done.

First red flag - a phone store with no working phone number. They pretended they didn’t know their referral policy, then handed me a referral policy pamphlet. They were firm on $128 for 2 lines, but when I showed them the essentials plan on their website ($90 for 3 lines) they suddenly were surprised and said they’ve never sold that plan once! Then they offered to give me that plan but refused to tell me total with tax and fees. You guys are really bad at lying.

Great experience! Switched providers Connor helped my fiancé and I switch from 2 separate providers. We had no idea how to do it and he helped us get through it in a breeze. We got new phones and had 100 questions and he answered everything and was extremely understanding and patient with us. Most cellphone stores are frustrating and make me feel stupid for not knowing things or they try to act like car salesman not here! After working with Connor we knew we were making the right choice switching and we left feeling very happy about our new phones and service! We even witnessed a very confused old lady and she received nothing but kindness and patience. I won’t go anywhere else for my in store needs!

I waited for 15 minutes while 2 customers were being well-served. I suspect the 2 employees are terrific; they were poised and apparently helpful with 2 lengthy interactions, but it would be great if they had a third person to ring up the quick purchases.
