Excellent experience with service department. Peter Howell and his service team repaired a somewhat challenging electrical issue with our Dodge Grand Caravan. The staff was always professional and supportive throughout the process. It's always difficult being without your vehicle while it's being repaired but Peter persistently addressed all the issues and got us back on the road

Bought car broke down 3 days after purchase have been without car for over a month dealer said they would reimburse me for rental which they only paid a percent of the rental power steering went in car wide almost hit a pole with my 3 toddlers 2 year old twin and 1 year old daughter, called and made complaints and person I spoke to thought it was funny l, and still no car was suppose to be repaired with new parts owner told dealer to use junkyard parts, parts did not work so now have wait another month for them to order correct parts, owner also gave me run around for days saying he was paying out of pocket to fix which he should have but instead he was trying to ouch my vehicle through my extended warranty which does not kick in for 30 days apparently so needles to say car would have been done already and also there only allowing me to rent a small suv for 45 dollar a day instead of a full size so now I also have to take 2 vehicles wherever we go and that was with my discount to try and help and also I got it tow to them for free , they also said they would pay first month payment due to only having the car under a week … no communication very unprofessional dealer would not recommend………..going on day 60 Friday Rob z.. won’t take calls from me told his workers not to respond to me if I call very upset wife is missing days out of work and we also have 5 kids is this the kind of business you want to do with

Was speaking to someone about a Dodge Durango that I was really interested in buying and was told to come in the next day at 2:30pm. Got there early around 2:00 and was told that the vehicle that was put aside for me to look at that day was sold. Overall very unprofessional and was not called or informed in any way that the vehicle was sold.

Place is a joke. Parts department is awful and they should consider getting better staff that actually do their jobs. Sales seems just as ass backwards as service. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Great service!! Had the first oil change on new Jeep Wrangler.Samantha was great! Got me a ride home so I could go to work and pick it up at end of the day. So convenient I had wife's Caddie oil change done the next day too! They even picked her up at home to bring her to pick up the car... that's outstanding service even our Cadillac dealer doesn't provide. Sales dept is great too. Test drove a Wagoneer... no pressure... quick numbers. Highly recommend for oil changes and they do inspections too. Small so easy to get in and out... Ask for Samantha in service!

I am a seasonal resident of RI and on a Friday afternoon a warning light came on my car. I was scheduled to leave for Florida on the following Tuesday. I called the dealership and explained my situation to the lady at the service desk. She checked the calendar and set up an appointment for 8 AM the next morning! I arrived on time and was immediately checked in and my car was moved into the maintenance bay. I explained my concerns to the lady at the desk but I could tell she did not really understand what I was saying. I asked to speak to the technician who was working on the car. She was hesitant to do so ( calling me honey and I'm 75) but I insisted. She went and talked to the technician and returned to tell me there was no light on. I asked to speak to the technical and she finally escorted me into the bay. The technician explained what he found and insured me that everything was OK with my car. He brought me to another Pacifica to explain the issue. He gave me the keys and said I was OK to leave. No charge for anything. Real service with a smile. I will be buying a new Pacifice in the spring and I will buy it here.

Had an old warranty issue with my rear window. i was told all old service representatives had been fired and they had no records of me going there except a part that they ordered in December. Now the new service manager Mike aka (D$#k) says he can't warranty the issue and needs to do a diagnostic for 150$$. They never called me back, had to pull teeth to get an appointment. Once there they never called me with any update, so I showed up at 4:45pm to pick up my truck. Nobody in the service could figure out what was going on finally after 35min they gave me a quote for 1200$$ to fix the window. Now understand I purchased an EXTENDED WARRANTY that says I should only pay 100 dollar copay for work done. From my experience I would not recommend the service department for any work. Honesty is a thing of the past ??☠️?

Sales people were outstanding!!! They didn't mind me calling to find the status of my order... Financing was excellent... I will go there again without a doubt... Sales associate was Wayne Woodmansee... Also dealt with Amanda Faria... they are both outstanding to work with... I highly recommend their dealership...

Went to Ocean for a oil change for my 2018 Wrangler it went well. Alanna was very professional and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time given they were down 3 service technicians.
