Jeannine was very friendly and supportive during a very tough time for my family. She also took a liking to our dog, which was very sweet! Unfortunately however, Denise, her colleague was very unprofessional and quite rude. She conducted an open house for my family, and she continued showing the house much past the time that was planned. We actually had to wait outside for almost thirty minutes; people were still walking into our house after the open house was supposed to have ended. when i tried to express my frustrations in a polite way, she did not apologize for the inconvenience, but rather dismissed me entirely. Very disappointed with this treatment, extremely unprofessional. Thankfully though, Jeannine remained professional throughout the entire process and i’m very grateful for that.
